I once had the privledge to experience a turbulence on a 747 as the plane was exiting a bad weather during ascend around the south-eastern coast of Italy. The plane was really shaking so much that most sheilas on board were screaming and even the staff had to in a hurry scamble back to their seats.

But it was still nothing compared to other peoples' experience on a different flight who were admitted to hospital after landing due to severe injuries where the plain fell about 80meters.

If you are a pilot really, you need to know it then as everybody knows that it is not possible to see the wind. At this turbulence too, it is possible to see the effect only and what he causes. It does not show on the video unfortunately when fall down the machine a few meter, it shows only that the end of the wing moves. Next, if you are a pilot you should know about the fact that there is a difference between the turbulences, it may small and it may big too.

The altitude is unknown... but I know, sometimes the plane climb to 10,000 meter at a similar trip.

GREAT image quality but still the framerate isnt enough for smooth video (30fps), i would suggest you to keep it as stable as you can... and later you can even add stabilization processing to have even smoother video ;) 5/5 !
