  • we want 2 see all the receipts since the 1990 and more pay back scum bags

  • Many years of fiddle, while Britain goes Bush. The only pay back a part of this.

  • Urghhhh.. All this UKIP, and BNP and EU taking British sovereignty nonsense, it makes me sick how ill-informed some people are. I'm going to get seriously thumb-downed for this as I can see a lot of ppl commenting here don't agree with me, but I don't care, the EU is good for this country and there's no doubt about that. And stop with the lies "this country would be broken up" and "ruled from Brussels" which is just not true

  • oh and where is the speaker now? he's in the house of lords!!! who said crime doesn't pay

  • it doesn't matter if they paid for the info, or how they got hold of it, if the crooked mp's wern't stealing from us then the information would not be worth passing on.

  • Euro Mps are on £360.000 a year expenses plus wages.

This is why we never got a REFERENDUM.

  • @sidensvans54 That's before tax? And what is it afterward?

  • @Redcarpet01 too fucking much you idiot.

  • @Fizzypop1211 I don't think it's very fair to call me an 'idiot'. I asked a question; that's hardly something to be condemned for. If you can't answer it than don't intervene

  • @Redcarpet01

You double fucking idiot. The amount of tax on this number, unless we timewarp back to the 1970's, is irrelevant. The question is bogus; whether its pre or post a budget, an election, a recession, because whatever the tax charged LEAVES TOO MUCH on 360k.

The only way your nonsense complaint makes any sense, is if there is a special specific number above which bad and below which good. And is there? As I demonstrated, its ALL TOO MUCH. Idiot.

  • @Redcarpet01 The fact that is too much is exemplified by that failed welsh idiot kinnock and his trough it up family who followed the loser from tough UK politics against Maggie into the easy come easy go money freeforall in Europe. Strewth, they haven't even the sense to open a gravy shop to flog off the excess such are their useless snouts up to their eyes in our tax money. and what difference do any of them make? zero

  • @Fizzypop1211 On the other hand, a low salary has its problems too. Like judges & civil servants, the theory is, that you have to pay politicians a lot of money to prevent bribery.

  • @Redcarpet01

Ok, well we have to go a looooooooooong way from 360K to get to "low Salary". Like maybe £10k The national average, as government likes to smugly tell us because it doesn't affect them, is mid twenties. So Mid twenties and below might be a low salary. But that is all smoke and mirrors. What we are really saying, as the expenses fiasco so succinctly highlighted, was that there is a distinct lack of character and "moral fibre" amongst our ruling elite. Sorry, I mean "values" HA HA HA

  • @Redcarpet01 - - - oh yes, and well done you for not swearing back at me. I have noticed and you do get credit for it. I am mightilypissed off by all of this and all things politics connected and I do tend to get carried away. Ok that isn't exactly an apology, but given the subject matter, its a lot fucking closer than the arseholes in power ever get. So well done.

  • @sidensvans54 i thought we didnt get it cos brown didnt give us the chance as for the 360,000 its much much more then that

  • @sidensvans54 Its more expensive to travel as a MEP, flights are more expensive than trains.

Its necessary, 360 grand is chump change when you consider the overall budget, and the benefits we get from being part of the worlds largest single market (16 trillion dollars)

  • No talk on how much money is being given to the Eu daily

and their arguing over small talk instead of the bigger Eu scam. Maybe we should install cameras in their houses to watch them just like they do to us!

VOTE UKIP SAY NO TO BNP.

  • UKIP the way forward

  • Leaving Europe in a recesion is not a move I would make.

  • paying £40million a day to the EU is not a move i would make in the reccession also in the EU they would make us change UNITED KINGDOM to a completly divided set of countries

  • vote ukip!

PS expense scandal - rather conveniently providing a smokescreen for the insidious Bilderberg conference currently in progress in Athens. This should be front page news, this is a blatent media blackout.

  • Is it just an amazing coincidence that the speakers of the houses in the US AND the UK are both underfire at the moment ?
