not a lot of ppl can pull of this look... you can pull off a lot of look because you have defined eyebrows, nose, cheek bones and it just works. i wish i could do the same, this would just look silly on me.

yeah, I agree w/ your comment five days ago -if this makeup were 'wearable', you would probably do a subtle lip but this is obviously a theatrical look and the red lips lend to the 'Mikado' quality that i just love!

Honestly, I think that when anyone does heavy makeup on the eyes, the lips should be very subtle - like a shiny, sheer gloss to make it more soft.

Normally, yes, but this was supposed to be a theatric, overly dramatic look. As I say in the end, it's not a look I would really wear on a daily basis. :)

It's Mavala in the shade Tafetas, I believe. It looks red in this video but it's actually a magenta berry colour with a slight sparkle.

You should try it, maybe don't do the 2 gradients if that's too hard for you, maybe start out with the defined crease line and see how it goes. :) Practice makes perfect!
