Christians, focus on salvation and a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. Rapture and Revelation are secondary. Belief or unbelief in the rapture will not get you to heaven. If there is no rapture, you probably won't make it until the end of the tribulation anyway.

The coming of the Lord is in I Thess. 4:15 and 5:2 and the meeting in the air is mentioned in between without any difference shown between the meeting in the air and the Lord's day. The Lord's day coming is the first resurrection at which time saints will meet the Lord and reign with him. They are changed at the last trumpet, there is only one succession of trumpets having to do with Christ coming in Rev.11:15

I don't understand why Christisns seem to think that they are christs church. Ive been reading scripture and christs church had been promised a rapture and when you read scripture it seem so plain that the church was raptured in 70 ad, just as the romans attacked Israel. The entire book of Revelation literally illustrates what happens before, during and after the tribulation. The bible is the literal Word of the Lord. It is not meant to be nor has ever been an allegory. The point that John (in Revelation) is told to "come hither" or "come up here" is more than proof enough that Jesus is taking His church BEFORE the tribulation.

A Post-Tribulation Rapture theory creates a serious dilemma in that there will be no time for the Judgment Seat of Christ nor the Marriage Supper of the Lamb. Again, an easy way to remember this is: * Jesus came 2,000 years ago TO His own. * He is coming at the Rapture FOR His own. * Jesus will return at the Second Coming WITH His own.

Christians, focus on salvation and a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. Rapture and Revelation are secondary. Belief or unbelief in the rapture will not get you to heaven. If there is no rapture, you probably won't make it until the end of the tribulation anyway.

The coming of the Lord is in I Thess. 4:15 and 5:2 and the meeting in the air is mentioned in between without any difference shown between the meeting in the air and the Lord's day. The Lord's day coming is the first resurrection at which time saints will meet the Lord and reign with him. They are changed at the last trumpet, there is only one succession of trumpets having to do with Christ coming in Rev.11:15

Even with the pure Holy Ghost, how can these newly born Christians mature fast enough to carry the Gospel. I split the hairs between wrath of God and great tribulation. I don't understand why Christisns seem to think that they are christs church. Ive been reading scripture and christs church had been promised a rapture and when you read scripture it seem so plain that the church was raptured in 70 ad, just as the romans attacked Israel. The believers where taken up and those hebrews that did not repent were exiled and became slaves in foreign lands.

"Looking for Jesus" implies those who have put their faith & trust in him alone & are redeeming their time wisely EXPECTING HIS RETURN AT ANY MOMENT + nothing else. In contrast to this, a person can be "looking for Jesus return" and believe that he was only a prophet or a good person, but NOT have the revelation that he shead his blood for their sins on the cross and was raised from the dead for their justification. Romans 10:9 is how a person gets saved.

The entire book of Revelation literally illustrates what happens before, during and after the tribulation. The bible is the literal Word of the Lord. It is not meant to be nor has ever been an allegory. The point that John (in Revelation) is told to "come hither" or "come up here" is more than proof enough that Jesus is taking His church BEFORE the tribulation.

The rapture is validated through scripture. The name of was given to the event by the Bibles faithful readers. If you want to make such a statement you better have scripture to back it up.

No earthquakes here in Canada. But last Thursday there was a definite rumbling after I had the Holy Frijole Extra-Spicy Hot Flamethrower Burrito at Julio's Barrio Restaurant. The end may not have been near then, but I certainly wished it was. I started out being afraid I was going to die, but ended up afraid I was going to live. A Post-Tribulation Rapture theory creates a serious dilemma in that there will be no time for the Judgment Seat of Christ nor the Marriage Supper of the Lamb. Reason with me here for a moment. The Bible clearly teaches that there will be a judgment for all believers at the Judgment Seat of Christ (2nd Corinthians 5:10). The Bible also teaches that there will be the Marriage Supper of the Lamb for all believers (Revelation 19:9). The Lord will return with tens-of-thousands of His saints at the Second Coming. This event occurs 7-years AFTER the Rapture of the Saints. In order for us to return WITH the Lord, we have to first be WITH the Lord. This is further evidence of a Pretribulation Rapture.

..right now God is showing us when to watch for His return. Everyday I hear something new about Bible prophecy and go immediately go to my Bible and read what's next. I pray to God and try to tell everyone I can about God before we're gone. I feel bad and I cry for those that don't believe. What are you gonna do when He comes for His church? This is all real. God told believers (born again Christians.) to watch and pray. We are watching and trying to keep up and be up to date with the Signs that God is showing us. People that don't believe should seek the Lord for Salvation then understanding. Lost people will never understand unless they themselves are truly born again. Christians will be caught up and meet Jesus in the sky before the tribulation........

I wish there WAS such a thing as the rapture. That would rid this world of so many of the chronically malcontented, anti-social stinkers. I met a lot of rotten people in my life, most of them in church.
I lived with religion, and I lived without it. Living without all that man made Jazz is infinitely better. I left religion because as a faithful "Christian" I was requirted to judge and mistreat people. That didn't sit well with the decent human being I was. I don't like be taught to judge.

I've read the Bible. The more I read, the more I doubted. I also was affected by many "faithful Christians" who were visibly rotten human beings. I see them each day on TV, preachers, "flock", all with repulsive character.
I'm sorry, but if most of the rotten people I meet ARE Chrsitians, then it must be the religion.
I've lived without religion for some years, and I'm much happier now. I don't desire everlasting life, that's another weird cornerstone of religion. One life is all I need.

personally i do not believe in the "rapture" although I do believe that a second coming of our savior is imminent.
I see only one war in the future, against Israel. Before that world financial chaos will result in the declaration of martial law and the "new world order" of which Israel will not join. They (Israel) will attack Iran in a preemptive strike and the world will attack.
The rest is obvious.

I suggest your faith be strong for the days to come as I feel all believers will be tested. If there is such a thing as a rapture then so be it, I'll just count on my faith to see me through to either it or the 2nd coming.
I suggest food and water to make the chaos to come easier to bear. There will be tribulation for everyone, there will be salvation only for those who believe in and have accepted Christ as Savior.
