12 to 16 glasses minimum? Dude, that's a glass every hour. That is not healthy. It was once thought that you can never have too much water, but that's not true. If you want to use water to lose weight, just drink two glasses (about 16 0z.) of room temperature water about 15 minutes before every meal and another two glasses throughout the day. This is PLENTY of water unless you doo lots of excersise, in which case you should add about two glasses for every hour of excersize.
i agree, Drink water yes but drinking distilled water long term is BAD. The Smart Water product you see in the stores is distilled water with minerals added back in. They should change or remove this video. Take what these people say VERY lightly.
distilled water is acidic and that's why it's good to clean your system but distilled water is very absorbent and will suck Co2 from the air and that is bad for you over time.
This is so wrong..check Dr. Masaru Emoto...distilled water may be good for a short period of time for removing toxins from our bodies, but in long term it may be bad for our health. Distilled water is free of minerals and all other natural substances, in general it is Ph sour...
Well, his wife certainly looks VERY healthy!
