  • I wish I was a hero

  • Unbreakable is my all time favorite movie. If I could be any superhero, it'd be this guy.

  • Hey the guy in yellow doesn't deserve a vision. He didn't do anything that bad.

  • @walmartpimp2

    Rape?

  • @degree7 I said the guy in the yellow, why do so many people have a hard time distinguishing between colors?

  • @walmartpimp2

He hit a woman over the head with a bottle and raped someone,.

  • @walmartpimp2 Maybe it's you who should pay more attention. That way you'd see the man in yellow and the man in green were actually the same guy.

Anyway, even if the guy in yellow was a totally different guy, which he wasn't, he seemed to be a racist violent criminal. I guess that's not enough for you.

  • I wonder what he'd see if he touched O.J. Simpson.

  • I wonder what crimes blue and indigo indicate. Since this is a american movie id say heresy and treason ;)

  • This was definitely my favorite scene in the movie. I love how music is used.

  • Unbreakable is a fantasic film. It had great storytelling, characters, acting and music. Truly a masterpiece. But I have one question, WHY in the hell is there is video link to The Dark Knight? Im sick of seeing that overrated film. Fuck TDK, Unbreakable is the real best Superhero film!!!!

  • i've read that M. night shyamalan wants to do two sequels about this movie. One called "Breakable" and other called "Broken" for a trilogy

  • This really makes you appreciate the talent behind the making of such an amazing scene. From the acting, cinematography and editing to the music, all in perfect synergy. Whenever I watch something like this, I feel really happy that there are super-smart and super-talented people out there, who can make such art possible.

  • JAMES NEWTON HOWARD COMPOSED THIS? that's why it was sounding like epicness.

  • Im surprised they didnt make sequels out of this movie, becus this cud possibly b the most realistic portrayal of a superhero ever. And it cud even b one of the best Superhero movies ever, if u can eve call it that lol.

  • @RaikenXion at first i thought sequels would sweeten the deal, but i think they might actually just cheapen it and turn it into a franchise. m. night's old movies were very much one-shots, and i think he worked best that way.

  • @imjohnfreeman Yes M Night is that kind of director. Thing with Unbreakable is that it had the potential 2b like the first Alien film. That was such a classic, original, no-one at the time expected a sequel from that, but Hollywood saw the potential. There was alot 2 build on. Now decades later obviously they've milked it dry. Unbreakable cud hav gone this way I guess, so a sequel wud hav been gud, but if it built anymore, cud have been bad. Its just theres so much 2 build on Willis character.

  • "Go to where people are. You won't have to look very long. It's alright to be afraid, David, because this part won't be like a comic book. Real life doesn't fit into little boxes that were drawn for it."

I love this movie so much.

  • If he brushed up against me he'd probably just see me jerking off to online porn...man my life is dull.

  • @Davielk It sounds like you're taking the side of the insane man who killed the parents of the children. That's fucked up.

  • @roddyto I said the same exact thing. That guy is so creepy. Oh man, he freaked me out bad.

  • This movie proves that a superhero movie does not have to be an action flick. It's the most original take on superheroes I have ever seen on film.

  • haha I realized the music sounds similar to Sadness by Enigma from Tropic Thunder

  • I love this movie and this scene, it's a very powerful and deep scene. I also like how the colors represent the characters. Examples: red:greed, yellow: hate, and lime green: lust. I guess you could say that orange represents apathy.

  • @Yuurei21 very observant

  • Doesn't haven any spectacular action scenes, or flashy special effects, but this is still ONE OF THE BEST SUPERHERO MOVIES EVER!

  • such a powerful scene, such an underrated movie!

  • I remember there being a few more visions. Like, one where he sees that a woman hurt her kid or something. Did I dream that up or what?

  • If the films of M. Night Shyamalan prove anything, it's that Philadelphia is a shithole.

  • The music sets the whole scene on fire! BEST SCENE IN THE MOVIE!!! :) I like the other scenes but this is incredible!!!

  • i think this is his best film...the only reason sixth sense gets more recognition is because it was 1st...

  • By far one of my favorite movies. There is so much symbolism in this.

For instance, the "bad people" went from Red Women, to Yellow guy, to Green guy, to Orange guy. The colors of the rainbow (slightly out-of-sequence, but whatever)...except missing Blue and Violet.

    Now...what colour was Elijah's clothing again? That's right, Blue/Violet.

  • great movie very underrated film

  • Much better than the sixth sense.

  • Shymalan's last good movie.

  • im in this movie... extra,in the back ground, bottom of the steps on left side, behind bruce as he walks away... *brown head band*

  • I remember watching it in the cinema when I was 15 and my eyes were filling with tears in the climactic scene. And I barely ever cry at real things in real life, never mind mere films. I guess it's because this film symbolises some concepts that I hold really dear to my heart, like justice and the idea of a hero.

  • I like how the perpetrator stands out in the vision and in the train station.

  • the film score segment in this scene works really, really well. reminds me of zimmer but it's j.n. howard. awesome film.

  • Severely underrated movie, and one of the best Superhero movies. Brilliant in its simplicity and beauty.

  • well said.

  • I kind of always liked that subtle underlying metaphor - the door says MAINTENANCE (the orange man - the need to MAINTAIN a facade of sanity by owning a house - evil) and he's up against SECURITY (Bruce Willis - the need to satisfy ones ideal for the perfect world and to SECURE that by any means necessary - good).

Very subtle, but very deep. I love it.

  • i actually never considered the maintenance metaphor. and that it is versus security. i wanted to punch out that party rapist though LOL

  • Well said. Well said.

  • I always took it to mean "to maintain law and order" or justice. It's an inspiring message for Willis's character and the audience. Security is basically the big "S" Superman symbol showing that he is basically charged with the task of a policeman. It just so happens that he is a vigilante.

But yeah - to each his own. It's a great movie to interpret whichever way!

  • @halidefox

nice maintenance vs security, never thought of that... you get a thumbs up sir.

  • @halidefox I was going to point that out myself. Good call there.

Also, thier the two most important jobs in a society, yet they are the most over looked, belittled and ignored.

Someone must keep up MAINTENANCE and someone must keep things SECURE.

I just find it amazing how he had these two main Dept, end up going head to head.

And you know he wanted to make that point by lingering on the MAINTENANCE on the door and the SECURITY on the poncho.

Has sparked a discussion or two I'm sure.

  • @halidefox

    You are a pretencious prick.

  • @halidefox yeah very perspective of you my friend. this is why i love the dramatization in comicbooks. however it may not be right to compare iron man to this piece of art but as you see when in ironman 2 tony stark is in the race, whiplash enters with "interference" written on his helmet.

  • @halidefox Not to mention all of Bruce Willis' visions look like they are from the perspective a security camera.

  • Great film, truly underrated.

  • the orange opened the door on that guy with one hand

  • this is so brilliant!

my dad said i should watch it so i did.

and in the next scene i found out that i had been watching a super hero movie!!

    its great!

  • Great movie!!!!! *****

  • i love when he left is head up after the bottle thing

  • 'birth of a hero' is this scene

  • Elijah Price= Mr. Glass

    David Dunn= Unbreakable (like glass)

  • love the film and found this scene interesting

  • how was dunn able too see what sin those people commented? i always wondered that

  • it's one of his superpowers.

  • unbreakable should have been a series

  • best scene of the movie

  • Esse filme é muito bom !

  • Awsome movie

  • this was a very intresting movie, some may say it might be a diffrent take on a superhero movie, this was a very good scene

  • I thought it was the most believable definition of a superhero. Never flashy. Brooding, kinda. Zero sources or help. Average.

  • yea, that was a great explanation =D

  • Remember kids, anyone in bright coloured clothes is a criminal.

  • haha i watched this movie today on usa and i wanted to find this scene because it stood out the most to me (that, and the ending) and i typed in "unbreakable vision" in the search, the exact title, first try. lol one of the best scenes.

  • Hello,

am I the only one to think that David Dunn(B.Willis)looks like The Specter.

    -outfit (green poncho)

-he kills the orange clothed guy when a true hero would have incapacited it.The Specter is well known as THE SPIRIT OF VENGEANCE.

  • good music score

  • I think in every full room of people there would be a handful of seriously evil fuckheads. It's almost a fact that on every street lives a paedophile. Gloomy view of people i know, but that's why you always gotta watch yourself.

*The little prick who rapes the drunk girl should've got his arse kicked by willis as well.

  • Amen

  • This movie is absolutely fantastic. one of the best M. Night films. The score was brilliant, the acting magnificent, the storyline original. And the ending still gives me goose bumps. This should've gotten more acclaim than even The Sixth Sense.

  • i second that.. it was really underrated..

  • Bruce Willis has his cape and the bad guy has his own outfit - orange suit.

  • wow all the visions are shot from above... live a security cam... just noticed that... badass goes with the heroes' theme... security guard

  • I was young when I watched this but did Bruce have super human powers and stuff? I think I remember him lifting a shit ton of weight is all.

  • long live shyamalan

  • This was an incredible scene. The entire movie built up to this point. The music was a key part of making this scene very memorable for me.

  • i think if you could sense the evil in people, it would be that frequent, easily.

  • i think it´d be the fucking hell for you! just imagine how many people would have to be punished by you... that´d be crazy!

  • A great scene, gives me shivers. Music suits it perfectly and it's nicely acted out by Willis. Thumbs up, 5 stars.

  • This is a great scene in this powerful movie. This movie is a 3-D picture. If you can see the image then it feels great, if you are not able to see "through" it, it can be boring. I felt the first time i saw the movie as boring and when i saw it next time on DVD after a year, this has become one of the cult movie for me.

  • what a great movie

    I loved this movie

  • long live shyamalan!

  • best scene of my favorite movie ++

  • One of my favorites of movies.

  • Thanks a lot for uploading this, it's probably my favorite part of the movie. Such a powerful scene, thanks to the soundtrack... :o)

  • I love the song!

  • man i love this part
