Well, it had been on for 12 years when you made the video. I'm glad you're current... It has an MA rating, it's not meant for children. Just cause it's a cartoon. Most of my favorite shows are cartoons meant for adults (south park, american dad, the simpsons). So the whole point is moot. Especially since they themselves covered this subject in the 2nd season and the movie "Bigger, Longer, and Uncut".
I think south park is really unappropriate for kids unless they are over 15 years old. But South park is only on the cable TV so parents can control their kids. It's not on the national TV so it's OK. I love south park, but I'm 21. As I said it's not good cartoon for kids. But it's really funny.
I think there are far worse things than south park that american parrents tolerate. South uses absurd, paradox, and grotesk to make fun of different aspects of society. A child wouldn't get it..Most adults don't get it.They only see the vulgar jokes, and they find this funny. Are they better then children? I think not. To answer your question, i think that if a person is mature enough it can watch south park. Mature-being able to distinguish betwen right and wrong, good evil.
