  • @pauli670 Pauli, yes. Back squats and finishing off your routine with walking lunges will help build the butt muscle. Do my butt workout first to pre-exhaust that area and then do your normal weight training routine and finish with lunges and you will see the muscle grow.

  • hey can u help me i have tried evrything to firm my butt i work out 5 times a week 2 to 3 hours a day i have done squats evry kind of lunge possible hydrants donkey kicks bridges planks and i have been workin out this way for close to a yr now i have a 6 pack but what can i do to make my butt firm and round and not loose it and make it flat

  • hi chris...! first of all great workout program!i'm thinkin of buying it. i would like to ask a stupid question i have had about bun and hip workout in general...when i lift the left leg for example, i exercise the muscles on the left or the right one? cause the right one is the one that burns more.

  • very nice workout. reminds me of The Firm bun workout - had the same cross leg thing, but they added weights (put a 5 pound dumbbell in the back of the knee and squeeze for added resistance!!)

  • dear god...I have been looking and doing butt workout videos for a while now...this one is by far the hardest! I can't walk! I'm shaking! Torture of the best kind!!!

  • after the first month i thought this wasn't working but then my mom and my sister told me i had lifted my butt and it was not longer square but circular!!! i'm so happy! i can't believe this really works!!!!!! i love u chris!

  • Let me tell you something. I'm a guy whose in excellent shape, and i could not do this fully the first time, so i did it about at 70%. The next time i did it at about 85%. That night... i could barely sleep because my butt hurt so bad, but it is worth it. No wonder the poor girl is huddled over at the end of each leg.

  • omg....i can't walk. i just added this workout to the end of my 40min cardio workout and let me tell you - it was freaking amazing! i don't remember the last time i was so calm when my muscles burned like hell!

  • You're right; I did this w/ankle weights and it does increase the intensity - OW. Any suggestions for more effective toning in inner thigh area - is it even possible when you are older? Lateral leg raises? A knee injury makes me wary of doing too many squats/lunges. Any suggestions?? Thanks in advance.

  • Chris your video is da bomb!!! lol You feel the burn but its just enough to get you hooked and motivated to do it again the next day!!! I have only been doing this program for close to ten days and already see results using just this demonstration in conjuction with diet and other exercise but your video is great - love the tempo and the coaching counts thanx a mill!!! ;p

  • Hey Chris..seems like a good one. But tell me one thing - is the toning process same in males and females? I am 25 m...and am getting great butt results by split squats and walking lunges...but I want to try this out for toning the sagging tendency - will this work for me? Or do you suggest some other forms for males?

  • hecketi, what your doing with your weight workout is very good. You might add some traditional back squats if your lower back is in good shape. Remember to get a trainer to teach you how and see your doctor first. When you use this program in conjunction with your weight training routine you will see optimum results.

  • 3 times a week. You only got a portion of the actual program. It isn't on a video format but a audio file so that you can take it anywhere you want and do it.

  • I love Chris's videos, he has whooped my butt into shape for summer :D yeah baby, results in less than 10 days and only getting better, been doing for about 2 months, also doesn't hurt so much after a couple days, but still burns

  • What a fantastic workout!! *It Burns* I do the Killer Abs as well and every time I do other exercises I hear Chris's voice telling me to lift and squeeze, higher. LOL

  • No. To burn fat you need to do cardio exercises and eat low to medium glycemic indexed foods. Google it and you will find a food list.

    This workout will restore tired sagging muscles to their original youthful vitality.
