1) LOL he's not in japan. hes in China. thats why hes using a translator to speak in CHINESE..or else why does he need a translator to speak japanese and this commercial would make no sense.

2) Thats not a CAMERA. u see him talking to PSP? it needs a larger speaker to be able to catch his audio.

He is in a cubicle and ran out of toilet paper after probably taking a shit. He can't speak Chinese,so he uses Talkman in his PSP to translate his needs. Hope that worked out for you. :)

I'm not sure they plan to release it in the US, but there's no reason you couldn't play the European version on your US PSP. Note: the Euro version features English, Italian, Spanish, German, French, and Japanese, while the asian version features Japanese, English, Korean, and Chinese (Mandarin).
