  • Like an arrow which is unwavering, pour every ounce of attention into the mantra as though it were both your first and your last moment - if such a fire of attention is there, then the mantra becomes like a doorway to the realization of your own true nature.

  • MOTHER TARA IS MY MAIN DIETY and thanks for the links.

    May Justice be.

  • The voice from the heart!!!

  • Dear TaraZatara, bodies are like clothes. In our journey back to ETERNITY we choose diferent forms and colors...

But somewhere deep inside ..we are the same and.. THE ONE.

Imagine a huge shinning polished diamond with billions of faces..and what we think is our LIFE is just like LIGHT from one of them.

  • I have found much more inner peace in Buddhism in a week than I ever found in 20+ years of Catholicism.

  • @JohnWilkesBooth70 Me too

  • @JohnWilkesBooth70 pq no sabemos utilizar el libre albedrio,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,Dios jamas menciono religiones, solo predico amor a Dios y a nuestro projimo,,,,,,,,,,si hubieses aprendido a amar a tu "YO SOY" habrias encontrado esa paz Dios te Bendiga

  • not a goddess, a bodhisattva :)

  • TaraZatara colour of skin should not matter in any way we must learn to overcome our differences cultural ethnic ect. we all share a comon heritage as humans, surely we all suffer we all yearn for peace and contentment and happiness, if we try really try we can make such a difference by changing our atitudes and by growing as humans. this is the heart of Buddhas teachings along with love care and compassion.

  • Hello, my best friend is buddhist, but I don't understand this song and the buddhism. I live in Poland and I a catholic.

  • Beautiful ¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡ .....

  • Dear Tara

you are beautiful... there are no conditions, we are all one of the same

  • Beautiful thank you !

  • The white feeling is linked to purity -not skin colour which is irrelevant - and it is very nice that you feel that way.. best wishes

  • Dear Tara,

may your wishes come true! May all beings become true compassionate and liberated! om tare tuttare ture mama ayur punye jnana pushtim kuru soha

  • what difference is it what colour you are,its how you live and how you love each other,

as god said live holy lives and stop twisting the word to suit evil desires and corupt ways,i know blacks that hate blacks and the same with whites, thats the worst kind of racism(there should be no conditions with love)

  • bhuddha bless

  • It does not matter what is on the outside, it is what emanates from the heart that brings peace and love to others. We are all capable of radiating the light of love, if we just remember our intention stems from a higher power than ourselves. Peace and love to you all. Namastae

  • @seidlermichelle Yes this is samsara, the purpose of human life is to understand that we do not belong here, cultivate back to our true nature our true self, and leave this place.

  • Complete harmony mantras and video. Fine.

  • Wonderful!

  • very nice, thank you

  • What is the meaning of the lotus flower as a symbol in Tibetan Buddhism? My name means "lotus" which is why I'm wondering...

  • @xRinoasis It represents purity and strength as it is the only plant that grows rises unstained from the dirty and muddy water, stands alone and prospers under blazing sunlight. It is a common religious symbol in asia and not just buddhism.

  • @arikq Thank you!

  • @xRinoasis

The Lotus is a pure beautiful thing. It grows best out of the deepest mud. The mud is our crazy mind and our 5 mind poisons (google it). We can transform our mind poisons and become enlightened and pure and realize our true natue (emptiness) that is always pure.

    Greetings

  • @IchBesserAlsDu Thanks!

  • @xRinoasis I was once told, while in the midst of enduring a tremendous challenge, a war actually... that the Lotus Flower grows up thru the mirey clay and mud and murkey waters. these things symbolizing one's troubles and challenges in life. But the Lotus Flower continues to reach upward ever higher eventually rising up out of the murky water to the sun to bloom the most blossom.

That we can take from this Be the best we can be even in the midst of our troubles. and bloom radianately.

  • Me encanto este mantra es hermoso .. namaste.

  • Bless you Tara. But your skin tone or mine, is not how we should define ourselves. White Tara is not just for caucasians but represents the colous of the beautiful lotus flower which if cultivated with prayer and meditation, leads to spiritual development and/or awakening from this nighmarish illusion of suffering.

May all suffering come to an end.

  • @PierreLeCanadien

There are 21 Taras in different colours. Yellow, Green, Black. It is not about the skin colour, hah! The colours and the iconography represent enlightened aspects of our true nature which is pure emptiness. Skin colour does not matter for sure. Heart counts! Let's get pure! Peace

  • love and diving blessings; im glad im here

  • me gusta gracias!

  • So calming and inspiring. Namaste. OxOxO

  • hello, keep praying for an end to suffering but concentrate on ending your own suffering. To reduce suffering in the world stop it in youself. remember that you have no idea what a white or black person feels, the belief that you do is part of a system rather like programming and in order to be free try to examine what it is like to be you and you WILL find that we are all one. It was you that changed when you prayed for an end of your own fear

  • wow this got rid of my headache!! amazing peaceful energy! x

  • Amazing!

  • If the God dogma was removed from religion, we as a species would be alot kinder to each other and to the Earth which we share with all other living entities; Buddist teachings are proof of this.

  • Buddism in no way removes god but directs a person inwards to listen to what is said directly to you. In this way your essence or your tiny piece of uniquness can be added to the wonder. God becomes a very personal entity when you realise you have been created for this purpose. You may stand in front of this in awe and fail to grasp that you are now part of it and therefore fail to realise the outside world is but an illusion that can too easily keep that wonder for itself.

  • @ste6666666 It depends on what type of Buddhism your talking about.

  • Once I was traveling with my husband. We stopped at a seashore. I fell asleep and had a vision. She was perfectly white. She said her name was Tara. She pleaded with me not to drive angry. I awakened and had a quarrel with my partner. He wanted to get "on the road" immediately. But because of the vision I pleaded with him to wait. We did. After awhile, we got on the road and half way to our destination there was a great accident involving at least 7 cars. We passed by in peace.

  • When I took refuge on Buddhism my master Ven. Drubpon Otzer Rinpoche gave me my dharma name, and it's Dolma, it means, Tara :)

  • Thank you so much

  • this clip really helps me meditate, it gives me such calmness and peace + it is nice that you added the text.

i pray that everyone can at least have compassion and have the gift to smile at least once a day !

  • May the peaceful melody of this mantra be in your soul forever, and love and health flow on you and your families, Namaste, to all of you :)

  • Thank you so much for sharing this amazing video, truly enlightening! I love it so much I have embed the video onto my website Blessings

  • i love this singer he has talent

  • @lsdvine He is a Renpoche so it's a devine sing...;)

  • Thank you so much for this lovely mantra. I could listen to it all day....

  • like i ever hear this in my past reincarnation,,very beautiful...;__:

  • i really really love this song..and his voice..very soothing and smoothing,,wanna cry every time i hear it,,

hear this like i ever hear this song in past reincarnation,,

  • Blessed are U xoxoxo

  • I prayed for there to be an end to suffering one day and people in public were nicer after that. That was probably about 1/2 year ago or so. My name is Tara but I am black. So I am black Tara not white Tara like this is titled. I feel like a white person though. Please comment.

  • Our souls are all One and the same... what our eyes see as differences are just worldly illusions. We must learn to love others as we love ourselves. Only then will peace prevail.

  • @adeline108 it hard when a race like blacks have been opressed and hated for 100's of yrs specially by white...i am hispanic n i am still learning hot to forgive them n not hate them (white race)

  • @adeline108 but u are right about not being colors

  • We are only one and the same people on earth, we just live in different ways of life.

  • @adeline108 This is not a llike button next to your response or I would hit 100 times!!

  • Hey Tara, Compassion is neither black nor white. I am sure you are a beautiful person......just be happy to be yourself, whoever you are.xxxx Blessings on you

  • @TaraZatara I dont think, The color has to do with race at all, I mean think about it there is a green tara as well and you don't see to many green people running around.

  • @TaraZatara It's OK to be Black, white, pink, green, etc... just enjoy the life, help others to end their suffering, and soon enough you will irradiate compassion, everyone will feel good with your mere presence :), blessings, :) May Avalokiteshvara and Sangye Menla Smile upon you and your family

  • @TaraZatara Black and White are merely the symbols of the energy each Tara brings. After all, I don't see many blue, red, and green skinned people around, do you? : )

  • @TaraZatara if u are black or white you still have the buddhas blessing

  • @TaraZatara "Be the change you wish to see in the world"-Ghandi

  • @TaraZatara The different Tara's have nothing to do with skin colour, it's about the energy they emanate, green tara is for obstacle removal, white tara is for long life, black tara is for power. These are boddhisattvas, you cannot associate them with samsaric things like skin colour.

  • @TaraZatara Tara was aryan goddess, daughter of Perun, mother of Tarkh (Thor), wife of Odin (means first...)

  • @TaraZatara I think you must be a very sensitive and caring soul. This world needs more souls like yours. And it doesn't make any difference what color a person is... we are all one.

  • @TaraZatara

How does a white per son feel? Is your name not your Will?

  • @TaraZatara

You are beautiful, no matter what your skin colour.

It is true.... we are all aspects of god, the creator, the divine, our source... any name you like to use. We are all from source, and are connected to source, and hence all of us are energy of love, joy, happiness, expansion, and abundance.

May you have peace in your heart, always. Keep praying!!

    xo

  • @TaraZatara I read your post and we are all the same inside...WE all have something in common We are all different in some way.. xx

  • @TaraZatara your skin doesnt matter!i am white russian boy,and i dont hate black people becouse its not needed. My dream is to become enlighmented, and your skin will not disturbe to you to be in the same state of conciuosness.if one day i'll become Buddha i will help to become enlighmented to black, white, and other people. Sorry my bad english guyes!

  • @TaraZatara In the vision of the Buddha, there is no black, nor white,it is just perception we created.

When I first came to US and lived near the poor neighborhood I was scare of blacks.I found out that many blacks I worked with were real angels ! Now my best friends are blacks, whites and Asians.

In realize that angels come in many colors and forms in human eyes.I think you are one of them,Tara.

May you be happy and at peace,

    Metta to you.

  • @TaraZatara bless you for praying for something like that, most people often forget. But for those who do, you get my respect! just as you tara. and note that some people do look deeper inside of you then your black skin ;)

    light be with you :)

  • @TaraZatara Our beloved Mother Tara comes in all colors, including black. The power of our imagination allows us to see our light body as any color we choose. The colors represent powers and capabilities. But the most important thing beyond the differences is the sincere wish to benefit others. May you be blessed with continuing orientation toward the divine. Prema Dasara, author, Dancing Tara

  • @TaraZatara Dear Tara color does not matter it is what is in our hearts so dont feel white black yellow or otherwise be who you are Blessings Lexino

  • @TaraZatara I feel like an Indian! I'm starting to finally realize that what you feel on the inside/your soul, is truly what and who you are. Other people will try to limit you to what you "should be." Be kind to them. And then be true to your soul.

  • @TaraZatara Bodies are like clothes. In our journey back to ETERNITY we choose diferent forms and colors...

But somewhere deep inside ..we are the same and.. THE ONE.

Imagine a huge shinning polished diamond with billions of faces..and what we think is our LIFE is just like LIGHT from one of them.

  • @adatiha .....beautifully said......in truth We are One....THE ONE.

  • @TaraZatara ... skin colour or racism mean nothing ..if we believe in reincarnation ... where were you born in your previous lives ?... what race .... what land.... and where will you be born in your next life ?

if all people had clearer understanding and accurate knowledge there would be no war , no greed , no hate , no fear ... clear understanding and compassion from the heart results in loving beings .... being loving

more prayer ... more meditation ... more love :)))

  • @hearttobefelt Nicely said Tara :) more love :)))

  • @TaraZatara

it is very sad that you think that white and black people have anything to do with this - there are many manifestations of Tara in the Buddhist tradition and it has nothing to do with people and the color of their skin, I am sure you can find more information about Tara online

Peace be with all of us - no matter the color of our skin

  • @TaraZatara I also pray for there to be an end to suffering. Although this is inevitable, there would be no happiness without suffering :) The White Tara represents just that... getting through life's obstacles and thriving for peace :)

  • @TaraZatara Whaaat? you feel white? what is that supposed to mean? Skin color is not an attitued and those not dertermine how you act or how you truly are.

  • @TaraZatara I feel like the green Tara ;P

  • @TaraZatara Your skin colour doesn't matter. It's who you are inside :)

  • Dec 19, 2008: Namaste Everyone! H.E. Garchen Rinpoche asks that we recite long-life mantras on December 22 as much as our personal circumstance permits. In 2008 in the northern hemisphere, December 21 is the shortest day of the year in terms of daylight, and Rinpoche says that the next day, when daylight and warmth begin to increase again, is a most powerful time for reciting long-life mantras.

  • If you want no energy interference, simply take yourself to the void and hold onto the sound of the mantra, you'll achieve the same thing. All things achievable in the physical world can be achieved in the mental and spirit world without any physical participation except one things - calming. Just some friendly advice, to remind you something you maybe already know.

  • Thank you, I was given the name Thubten Drolkar (White Tara) when I took official refuge at Adelaide Buddha House in 2003 - this is a very beautiful slideshow of the most wonderful Tara Mantra. Metta, may all beings be happy and free of suffering! - love and light Susan (Thubten Drolkar)

  • Hello my question is where did the music come from? I would love to own the cd thank you for posting it was truly beautiful!

  • Tara is a bodhisattva of compassion said to have vowed to be reborn constantly as a woman in order to help sentient beings. It is not necessary to worship her, it is best to realize that you yourself can emanate the same qualities of compassion that she embodies. Though she cannot remove obstacles for you, by chanting her mantra and actively developing compassion for others the fruits of your efforts would be boundless! Namaste!

  • fantastic!!!

  • I am a southern Catholic, but this has touched me so much regardless.. surely beauty like this is what faith is all about!

  • The most beautiful mantra I have ever heard, thank you so very much Adeline108, Thank you so very, very much.

  • easy to learn praise to white tara .

  • Namo Dharmaya Namo Sangaya Namo Budhaya

  • lovely

  • This is an extract related to your question : "Often one sees, in pictures of the Bodhisattva Avalokiteshvara (Tib: Chenrezigs), the two Taras in front of him - the White Tara to his right, and the Green to his left.White Tara is Buddha family (some also consider her to be partly in Lotus family). White Tara is especially important in the Sakya teachings."

  • this is a good way to remember this mantra i can never remember it.

  • Om Sai Ram
