  • this instructor does not seems convincing...just look at his belly

  • @wengkuen I agree!!

  • New research shows the special part of the brain important to the formation of memories expands with walking. See New York Times online & search for article "Fitness: A Walk to Remember? Study Says Yes". Just add a Walking Stick for whole body exercise.

  • Earlymusicus;

    Is there a park near you? The weather in Phoenix is beautiful in the third or last week of October. Star there and work up.

  • How I wish I lived close to a scenic area like this for walking! Walking around the city, breathing car exhaust fumes and hearing nothing but city noise is not conducive to making me stick with a walking program.

  • WALK-A-BIKE!

    Walk or jog long distances with the bicycle at his/her side.

    Walk your max without the worry of not being able to make it back due to fatigue. When you reach your maximum walking/jogging distance, just bicycle back. Adding bicycling to your walking fitness program provides a more diverse exercising routine.

    It’s for the walker who wants to increase their walking distance.

    IT’S ALL ABOUT LOSING WEIGHT AND GOOD HEALTH!
