@ruthlessroman88 The "boats" the navy "drive" kill people. The buttons the air force press drop bombs on many people. There is not one branch that does not do the dirty deed that needs to be done. All branches contribute. All deserve respect.
i live in ohio and michigan and ohio state football gets alot of props. but i also served 11 yrs in the navy which get a hell of alot more props.. go navy
@fear123wz No offense, yeah right. I went to USNA and I'll always say "Beat Army"...but I'll never say Army sucks. Do I want Navy to win today? Hell yes I do. But right after thegame, I want both teams to win. It's the good guys versus the good guys. Yes, it's an intense rivalry...but in the end, all of the cadets at West Point and Midshipmen at Navy want both sides to win- at everything. Always brothers...(just not for those four hours today)
The Army-Navy Game is more exciting to me than the Super Bowl. It's become a cliche but it really is the purest of what American sports should be. GO NAVY!!
@MingTongPang54, I watched this video again when I saw your comment and teared up some more. This is nothing more awesome in football than this game. I never miss any of the pre-game stuff that airs. It's part of the game and the tradition so to me it's like a responsibility to watch it. Have a friend who went to Annapolis (he's a submariner) and his mom went to one while he was there and she told it just choked her up. Every time Navy has a game on, we are both watching cheering Navy on. On an
Cried when I watched this before the game last year. And cried again when I saw this video. I never miss an Army/Navy game and can't wait to actually go to one. God bless to all our soldiers, Marines, midshipmen, who choose to serve our country!! But I have to say it....Go Navy!!!
@ncisfan78 its actually a good exprience. some nice early activities like classes from both school march to the field, "prisoner exchange" (dubbed by some people- the best student from both school go the other's school for a bit) and some on field stuff (Army student and Navy student at it with friendly competition) the pregame was just amazing, the field was just electrifying. the actual game was fun chanting GO NAVY (for me anyway since i am serving on an Aircraft carrier.)
even though I'm a English Girl and having come from a Family that has a Armed Forces Background it would be a dream come true for me to walk out with onto a field at a Army vs Navy Game with American Military & Their Families and be able to do it as a way of saying Thank-You to The Soldiers for their everyday sacrifices and for Protecting their Country and protecting each and every one of you,we love you,we miss you and we support you x

Incredible! My Dad is class of '49, he played with Doc Blanchard and Glenn Davis, I'm '75, my brother is '79 and my nephew is '07. More Army - Navy games than you can imagine and everyone has been special. 364 dyas a year we root for each other. On this day, from start to finish it's war on a small field, finished by standing at attention on each others side of the field while we sing the Alma Mater. NO OTHER rivalry in America can compete! Go Army - Beat Navy - Next Year!!
@Sailordude05 I love the Navy and my country and considering I'm in the Navy why would I say it was a joke? Thats bs. Also I said hooya. C'mon bro. =?
@happyheadedno1 oops, wrong guy. There was some dumbass on another video running his mouth about the Navy and Coasties not doing anything, thought you were him lol. Hooyah man, I'm stuck at NOSC Amityville New York for the next like two years so I shouldn't be running my mouth either haha
After watching this, if there is still a shadow of doubt, about freedom and it's cost, try walking through Arlington National Cemetery... GO MILITARY God Bless you all.
Great video. Good game and congrats to Navy for the win. More importantly thanks to all that have, do and will serve in our military. But for now, the Commander in Chief's Trophy will sit in Clune Field House at the Air Force Academy until we beat Army and Navy again next year. Go Air Force, beat Georgia Tech!
funny that the air force academy won the commander-in-chief's trophy... again...
