Especially that much weight at the start of the video when hes sitting down...I think these guys are lying, unless someone can provide me with a serious response. I myself had a disk herniation and know that once the disk bulges, its weak for the next couple of years. Someone (no noobs!) please reply...

  • @RichieIzMe1 I had disc herniation about 12 years ago when I was around 30 years old. Had sciatica and couldn't walk for about a month during this time. However, with physio it can be cured completely. I now lift heavy weights, jog, do whatever and its not an issue anymore. By the way, the BEST way to get back issues under control is Stott Pilates, 1 on 1 with qualified, instructor. It cured my sciatica within a few weeks, did it for years, amazing.

  • Rotator cuffs holing you back, try strengthening exercises using cables they work the best. Its not always about the muscle you can see. Once your cuffs are good dips and other straining shoulder exercises shouldn't give you a problem.

  • @MaxCheesy go light since shoulders are a small muscle and make sure you do proper form. You can visit scooby1961 and look at his shoulder injury video where he shows u how to strengthen the smal muscles near you rotator cuff.

Wouldn't even touch the exercise. Stick to some better movements like shoulder press. Being dumbbell or barbell. Dumbell is better in my opinion. Machines>Barbell>Dumbbell

  • @MightyMitchx Use same weight for both and wait until your other arm catch up before you put on more weight.

  • @MightyMitchx Do free wait exercises for each arm at once: 4 example for bicep curls do your weaker arm first record how many reps and sets you did. Then do the same amount of reps and sets with your stronger arm but no more then your weaker arm or else you will support the muscle imbalance

  • An how is it that glycogen levels would be low in the morning. If I've received the proper sleep or anyone for that matter my glycogen would be up.   • @AustinDuggal: Prime example. Generally books and sources say the best way and general way to drive a vehicle is with both hands on the wheel in the 10-2 position. But, from personal experience you might find the car easier to handle at the 9-5 position and it works best for you. Thus, you find that the textbook way to hold a steering wheel is not right and doesnt work for you. Would you then like for someone to say your way is dead wrong because its not written in a book?
