i have two and they are some very smart dogs. my boy max can shut our pc down so we have to get up and play with him. and chevy is the sweetest girl and very good at climbing lol
I have a austrailian cattle dog an her face is exaclty like urs but she is and blue moral and red mural in littles dapples! How old is he? He looks like about 4 months. Cute dingo!
@MrEddi98 Then get another one, what are you waiting for? Our first one died at 13 so we went out and got two! You have to stay on top of them but they are superb dogs given reliable dicipline.
I have one that I have had for a year this month. He was 4 months old when I got him from the animal shelter. He looks just like this one in the face/head marking. He is the best dog. He nips at my heals when Iwalk but it doesnt hurt. Natural instink. I had plenty of chew toys for him when he was teething. I also gaver him ice cubes to chew on and it helped alot. They are great buddys and goes everywhere with me.
i have a blue healer he is very loyal and we share the same birthdays they are the most playful dogs ive ever seen lol mine nibbles on your ankles when you try to run away from him
is as restless, also has a toy like this but it is a lamb, the truth that sometimes can not stand and that is way too restless and eats socks, stockings and everything in it shatters. is equal to that of the video but coffee.
i also have an acd and i have the same problem with the mouthing and biting... but he is my baby and i love him! i got him when he was two months... now he is five.
Has anyone who has an ACD and raised it from a puppy had trouble breaking their dog of mouthing and biting? My puppy (she's four months old) is a pretty hard biter and she just won't stop. We've tried everything but nothing has worked. Any suggestions?
They are heelers, which means they herd by biting cattle on the heel. Instinctively their mouth is the primary tool. At 4 months any dog with instinct will be mouthy. This is different than a bite. When the dog bites, yelp loud. This is how dogs teach each other how hard is too hard.
I'm having the same problem...remember...they are cattle dog and are born to bite. :D. you just to have patience with the dog. maybe put some bad tasting bitter apple spray in his mouth everytime he bites...or maybe hold his muzzle closed. that's what im doing now and he's getting better. :)
Mine had the some problem, fill a coke can with nickles and dimes like 1/4 full, and when she does something bad, throw the shake can, the dog dosnt know you threw it and when it hears it , it will stop
@black88lx I guess u never had dogs before and I hope you still have the dog and not gave up. Every dog no matter what breed period goes through teething just like babies from puppy to 10 months. Their gum is soft and itchy and the only relief is to bite to ease the pain and discomfort. Nothing you can do about it. Around 10 months u will notice their teeth falling off and their permanent teeth grow in and they wont bit anymore.
Such a Cute blue heeler, looks just like mine, mine wont play with stuffed toys, instead he holds them down with his front paws and shreds them in one quick motion and chases the fluff as it floats back down to earth.
I don't get it who would dislike such a cute video!?!

Aww, he kind of looks like my ACD. She's a girl named TinkerBell. Check out my youtube channel for her videos.
She is also a year old and weighs 41 LBS.

Allright, I'll admit, aside from our ACD, this might be the cutest I've ever seen! Enjoy....they are so much fun. :)
