In my opinion she went WAY to large for her body size. I think a higher lift and smaller implants would have served to look more natural. Although I don't think natural was what she was going for.  Do men really find balloon boobs attractive? Or is it tear drop breasts that look better? Just curious.

@lemondropsforever PERSONALLY, as a male, I'd rather have any shape of breasts over fake ones. The feeling of them is just not the same, and fake breasts are so easy to spot it's a big turn off to me when I know a girl has had the surgery.

I do not find balloon boobs attractive. Anything bigger than a D on an average sized woman is too big for me - it's literally a turn OFF; not just less attractive.

Most men I know agree with me, but everyone always has their own opinion.

I don't see any lift...they are a LOT fuller on the upper half f the breast, but they are still sitting on her ribcage. Why did she need to endure a lift and cutting of the aereola? why NOT just the implant, if the breast is still sitting at the same location? PLUS... the dr says The breast will STILL have some settling...and the skin will still stretch on the bottom???

@AJJ517 I did mine before i had kids and i think it would be best to wait, but that depends if you plan on breast feeding or not. I breast fed both my kids with no problems but i nursed them on one breast more than the other and now my one breast is smaller than the other. I pretty sure it's from nursing. I had them put in ten yrs. ago and getting them redone this year. hope that helps.

Wow! What an improvement! I actually also agree that she was a pretty girl before the lift/augmentation, but I think the procedure was a huge improvement. Before she really had an unusual amount of sagginess and it really detracted from her otherwise great looks. Her lifted/augmented breasts really fit her well and are an addition to the rest of her good looks. I don't always think plastic surgery is the answer, but in this case, I think she got a great result. Wow!
