the thing at the beginning u said to do tht stuff if it said "could not connect. the server may be down" I did wat u said to do (typed 127.0.0.1 and 4000 into server point but it still says the server is down any1 no wat 2 do?

@Bayjayz Well lets test these:

1st try to run the server before the client

if that don't work go to server > data.ini (open it with notepad or something)

the 4th line says Port=4000, if it is anything else then 4000 make it 4000 and save it.

i hope it works afterwards. else upload some pictures or a video or something.

Yah i got it and extracted it but when i open up the server it says error file missing or txt collors eror even if i open up the client

its normal that you dont get player client. you don't need to. and with ELI if you only get save and cancel do save. the third thing is run. (ow and btw: its xD not Dx ;))

try the following:

*make sure you server.exe is on and that in the client server: online

*create an account

*log in

*make an character in 1st slot

*name it (dont change sumthing else)

*then click use character

(if it dont work, i will give download link of ee2.7 (works good)
