It's probably their headsets. I was initially using a Motorola H500 and it sounded terrible. I switched over to the PS3 Headset and it's clear.

it acts like a speaker when you put in in the cradle. and i dunno you can turn it off then on and it will show the battery level

yea i just bought mine yesterday without socom because a crap game is not worth $10 to me and it fits comfortable at first it didnt but then i adjusted the ear hook (its mad out of adjustable rubber) and it fits like a glove.
