It's not the teacher coughing it's the students. They think they are being funny, and seeing how math 151 would be a college freshman class, the immaturity is expected. It still does not make it right. I experienced several of these idiots when I made my first round through college and found that they had mommy and daddy paying for school and were being forced to be there. I had to pay my own way, and did not see the point in wasting time in class with stupid worn out pranks.
