laso ppl there is a couple variations of this glitch, one is that if you have 2 of the SAME type of hat with stat boosts you can stack it, for example a hockey mask has a stat boost of 5 unarmed, now if you find another hokey mask what yo do is equip one of them and repeatedly select the 2nd one, it wont show it as equiped BUT the game takes it as you equpped it allowing you to stack up to 100 (or 10 in all specials if yo hav the hats) also note unarmed ca go past 100
all i need in fallout 3 is, as follows: Enclave Hellfire armor, T51-B Helmet, & my trusty Xuanlong Chinese Assault Rifle. Excess equipment: Tesla Cannon, Shishkabob, stimpaks, adapted biogel, alien epoxy.
The Max Value of DR is 85 which is something you can reach without this glitch. The glitch just makes it much easier to get there. The main use of this glitch is to gain the headwear stat bonuses like +Luck and +Charisma
@TCCX360 The only headgear that gives a luck bonus are the lucky shades and three dogs head wrap. They can allready be worn together with out this glitch.
This glitch is really not all that great except for a few things. If you have all the DLC's you can just get all the skill books take the right perks to have as many skills maxed out at level 30 as possible. then take the allmost perfect perk setting all your special's to 9 and collect the bobble heads to take them to 10. And DR has a cap of 85% which you can hit easily so I dont see too much of a point to it.
@TCCX360 I can not see any reason why you would not wait to do that. I mean a +1 bonus to an attribute is hardly much compared to all attributes at 10. And then ofcourse using the skill books and every thing else to get 100 in every skill. I mean when your talking the difference between creating a godly all maxed character vs. an early +1 to every attribute I just dont see why you would not wait.
Heres a trick, first put on the china stealth suit. Than put on the winterized t51b helmit, than put on the raceing headgear, than change your suit to t51b. If you look at your charecter he will actually be wearing two hats! Unlike this were the two helmits don't show up.
Chinese Stealth Suit and with two hockey mask you can do a glitch to have from 100 to 100000 of damages with a power fist the only this you have to do is put one hockey mask and them chose the second mask and press alot of time A buttom and the damage will ingresas alot
@brailosky15 i normaly dont cheat at fallout 3 ( because its to easy with chines stealth armor ) but do that glitch because if you run out of ammo and you dont want to die ( i 4get to save allot-.- ) then do that and save it 4 when you might die!
yeah I dont like to cheat either I found out about that glitch when it was my 3 time finish the game so that why I can explore all the maps with no worries lol

this does work but the DR wont stack so don't think you'll be armored god not getting hurt.

@kurisu925 True but you have to get to level 30 before you can pull that off and it requires waiting a long time before getting the bobble heads.
For those who want those effects sooner and don't want to wait so long to get the bobble heads this trick works very well.
