and Comiz look good but thats all Ubuntu has got harware support is useless in ubuntu will wait till when they fix everything then will change from Win to linux

i dont think it will happen before ubuntu 25.04

If you consider DirectX the most importand thing in your life no it`s not useful. But generally speaking, it can do everything Windows can (except the gaming) AND do it in a more beautiful and stylish way. Also, keep in mind that every unix system can put your proccessors into better use than Windows OS can.

@djsotos - If programmers moved more towards OpenGL they'd find they can do everything DirectX can do, and more, plus their games would be more easily ported to other platforms.
