@exaltdragon It appears that it's a crime to reupload covers from covers these days. One of my uploads, another cover by lon, was issued to be taken down by Last Note themselves, it was a cover of Servent of Evil that's on an actual CD they released, I got a strike for that one.

@heroicblues I do believe you can file a counter-claim, as one of my friends has successfully done before. I don't know much about the process but it does seem that YT staff will actually look at the video and judge for themselves. In any case, I don't really think this video would pass through the tight scrutiny but yet they are in a position to put an affront to your good character and standing through a copyright complaint when they themselves aren't on a moral high ground.
