This is also similar to something I got in broad daylight. It didn't flash different colors but was two white lights tilted on an axis. Mine took off as soon as I aimed my camera at it. I'll post the video in the video responses and there is a link to download my original footage so you can see it much clearer.
Hello, I know that might sound wierd and I might make a fool out of myselve, but nearly at the same time, I was seeing something that was 95% the same thing over germany. I mean, it was smaller because of a bigger distance, but shape and color where the same.
Thank you all for watching. This wasn't any balloon, it came out from behind a chemtrail. It was shinning and blinking lights. This object was very high up, I could not see these beautiful colors all we saw was something metallic moving very slowly.
<Seen that before IRL- A Chemtrail orb elongates itself then goes back to being round. Never saw the colors like you filmed, tho. Or was that just the way the camera picked it up? Nice footage, regardless!

it needs to be much clearer to make any good judgements as to what it is or might be. Perhaps you'll need a more powerful camera
