I subbed and thanks for the video but anyone who was Lion, this is easy too. All you have to do is make a new folder anywhere and then put it in your dock and right click on it. Then find view folder as, you can select folder or stack. Thanks

when you switch the dock to the right or the left, how do you keep it like "ban"? where the icons stack up neatly?
