@supersoldier97 you play the game. Merchants usually restock every 3 days so just wait, then go to all the merchants and buy their ammo. This works if you have a lot of money, but there's a glitch that helps you get tons of caps.

How the hell did you get 1800 ammo for that gun or have 17500 caps? What are you level 30, have all the other quests done 100x and just found every area in the game. The only 2 places i've found to buy weapons and ammo is Megaton and Rivet City (which Shrapnel suddenly wont help me at all) so im stuck with Mairoa. Newhere else to buy guns?

When I first bought this game, I was playing on the first account I ever made. Suddenly the Point Lookout quest appeared on my screen. So I went there, finished the main quest, did a bunch of other shit and then continued on with the game. I then deleted my first account and created a new one. When I was looking into getting back to Point Lookout, I found out that it was a DLC. Someone PLEASE explain to me how I've been there and whatnot without downloading anything. The game came by itself.
