Warhammer did not copy Wow man. Warhammer was a game sorta to make up for daoc as an expansion (i still prefer daoc) but warhammer was also a board game long before Wow was even thought of. Most fantasy mmorpgs today copied off of the lotr book made in the 30's or 40's .

I like Warhammer orks much better, they define everything 'Orky'. Unlike weedy clone WoW orcs that talk like hummies, our boyz is for smashin' and stomping'... Nothing beats a good WAAAAAAAAGH. The devs say they did something different from most mmos. Instead of balancing the playable characters to the environment they balanced them against each other and then balance the environment to the characters. So technically it should be balanced. That said mark did say the healers are more versatile then others.

yes it does have instanced PVP but that is just a small part of the PVP of WAR, WAR has so much more than just instanced PvP and i'm not talking about PvE, because PvE is also much better and with lots more variety, because really i have tryed WoW and gotten to lvl 28 before I got totally bored with it and threw it out, I think WAR can give me that bit of variety and innovation I have been looking for. and i really don't care that it "looks" like WoW, cuase the gameplay realy isn't a WoW clone

And btw, no one is complaining how warcraft completly stole their 'game's basics' from warhammer lore, Orcs = orkz, Chaos = undead, Eldar = night elves, also lets face it they made some really stupid things in WoW, such as gnomes, since when were gnomes in anything warcraft, only used to level horde and alliance, also draenai make little sense. and the class system is silly, nothing that unique about alliance and horde apart from race (though dwarves and gnomes together?) < coming from level 70

yeah i'm with him and also there is two types of npc's moving ones and gaurds if you play wow you go into a city and you see gaurds those guy move so they patrol but they dont help attack the other guys base they are there to help protect your own base so defensive npc's or gaurds and then theres npc's that move and attack the other guys fort because they are recruiting because there is not enough players so they make teams even i know this because i worked on this game

The combat looks sorta stiff. But maybe that's just 'cause of the playstyle of the guy who recorded. It seems to me (not being able to see alot in this clip) that he pretty much just activates autoattack and stands there hitting his target. What I like about WoW is the fast-paced PvP.. If WAR turns out to be as stiff as this video makes me fear it will be, it's gonna break the entire game for me =/
