I played against you yesterday purge and ive gotta say you seem like you play with lower skilled players too much because you overextend in lane and got urself killed a couple times in the early game. You still did well in the game but it just seemed like you weren't used to playing against people that are aggressive and actually know how to lane.

Out of all the skills/spells in HoN and Dota, Alacrity is my favorite spell. I absolutely love popping that on a well farmed carry or semi-carry like Sven with his ulti up. Support is what I enjoy playing most, and this spell is like the holy grail for support. Strangely I never see any Invokers casting it.

Sadly however, I fucking hate Invoker. The fact that you can only hold 2 spells at the same time and you can't choose which one is swapped out just annoys the hell out of me.

let me tell u something am not godly with invoker but i got enough experience , so ur playing it good but u didnt increase the skills the way it should be u lvled ur ulti 3 times and ur not using it that much , u should have increased 1 lvl exort instea of ulti 3rd lvl to at least use blast which will increase ur chance of survivability u and ur team and dont forget icewall which will be good and quad at lvl 4 is quite good so u should have just focused on maxing wex quad lvl 4 and 1 exort =]]

You really should have gotten 1 lvl of exort early game, several situations occured in which you spent time auto attacking when you could have used meteor when they were clumped up. Other than that you played fairly well as per usual. Keep it up.

That 1 level into exort means that your well leveled skills(EMP/Tornado/Cold Snap) all perform way less effectively. The only reason I would get 1 earlyish level of Exort would be for ice wall or deaf. blast, but early game you can't afford the mana for that many spells(nor the Invoke cd).

@PurgeGamers Well yeah not only meteor, meteor is possibly the easiest spell in the game to dodge(other than jakiro ult), but blast and wall definitely are things that can be used. Your skill build wasn't bad, but there were times that early wall and blast could have helped. That's all i'm saying, and yes even at some rare points meteor.

Wex Quas Invoker is a Utility Hero. Like A Half Supporter. While Extort And Quas Invoker is DPS and Pure farming.

Depends on what role you play. IMO , WQ invoker is still a good way to play invoker.

@stevenfu1996 lol its good. gives him the survivability he needs, makes him a even better solo killer(if he wasn't already one), gives him a larger presence in team fights( allows him to immediately rupture and force a guy, initiating a fight) but the only hindsight is that it delays your other core items such as radiance etc. :) hope this helped.

I've noticed that you didn't level up Exort until pretty late.

Isn't it a generally good idea to lvl up Exort at about lvl 4 so you can get Ice wall, Alacrity and Deafening Blast?

@PurgeGamers u could kill pudge in the beggining ( then he hooked u) if u would change to tornado after ur cold snap :P Imho Wex Invoker is useless in game. Maxing out Quas or Exort is more beneficial. For example, if u max out exort as ur main skill u will get more CK and CD(especially if ur at mid). Moreover u can help ur teammates with nicely aimed Sunstrike. At lvl 7 i actually have all of my skilled lvled up so i can combo them.(it depends on enemy team which of them is maxed more)

@sailo000 Exort Invoker build hampers you in a lot of areas. You basically get a lot of nuke with little utility(unless you do Ice Wall/Cold Snap into Meteor. Wex/Quas is a MUCH better/safe build with more utility(though not quite as much damage).

@delgado290690 that's not a very good combo. if you like using chaos meteor you should use the deafening blast chaos meteor combo. cause the meteor damage is higher the more times the meteor hits them. so if deafening blast pushes them back at the same time meteor is hitting them its like a 1 hit ko combo.

Actually I think it is a good idea to take one level in the third orb at 4 or 6 so you would have access to all spells. With 2 orbs you use only 4/10.
