  • @loisl827

    Thanks for the info.

  • Bea Wain and husband Andre Berush was Mr. and Mrs Music on radio way back and they were a great team. Difficult song to sing and she does it so well.

  • ¡Maravilloso! Muchas gracias por subirlo.

  • FYI, the Smithsonian collection "American Songbook" features a brilliant, uptempo version by Peggy Mann and Benny Goodman of "Every Time We Say Goodbye" that is better than --- anybody! (Even Ella!) Nice to see Mann's picture on this video...

  • Thanks I will check it out. If you enjoy Peggy Mann check out "Joltin'Joe" and "Murder By A Mann" on my site.

  • the jbsn of 1983 her rendition is much better, her voice is much more "mature" and her diction is much more clearer

  • A much admired singer whose voice has a lot of traits reminiscent of a young Peggy Lee. Like Bea Wain, an impeccable musician with beautiful pronunciation, great breath control, wonderful feeling for melody. Not as expressive as Bea but, as in Peggy Lee's case, holding back proved a plus.

  • Thanks for the comment. (for your interest) I have posted an early Peggy Lee song - "How Long Has This Been Going On"

  • Thank you for the interest.

  • Thank you so much!

    I loved this song!

    Peggy's great, as always :)

  • Thanks for the comment check out - "Homicide by A Mann" and "Joltin' Joe" Enjoy!

  • YOW! Peggy Mann! I must plead ignorance but what a voice! What a sensitive heart felt performance. I got some researchin' to do! Thank you so much for posting this. I love Bea Wain...but Peggy Mann...WOW! A star is born...70 years too late, but better late than never.

  • I am aware of the rendition but, sorry I do not have it.

  • I have been trying to get information on Peggy Mann but nothing comes up, I like her voice a lot and she is really cute!

  • Try searching Google under" Peggy Mann band singer"

  • thanks for the vintage..wow!!! great record and artist!!!...the one made famous was with Bea Wain...If you have the song please post it thanks!!!!
