  • Thats the best crash ever in the v8s

  • great see sportmanship but they needed to let the professionals do their job thats what there trained too do !!!!!

  • why do your videos get so many views? They are all just filmed off the TV

  • you never see any drivers pulling over to help anyone these days. What happend to the great aussie spirit

  • The awkward moment when you come around on lap 2 and everyone is giving you the death stare.

  • @CJin2552 that's not a game. That actually happened dickhead

  • No one wants to watch your shitty game crash.

  • @CJin2552 its not a game dumbass its real life...GET ONE

  • learn how to spell Lowndes lol

  • 0:12 lol he is still waving green flags

  • Just goes to show the amount of respect the drivers have for each other, espeically Lowndes. Thats the true Aussie spirit and sportsmanship

  • Good to see the other drivers get out of their cars and help

  • the drivers stopped to help. Gr8 people i tell ya

  • Lowndes never seemed to drive the same after that crash that year, not surprisingly.

  • my heros!!!! another sport is fuck....

  • DIE AMERICAN DIE!!!!!

  • Poor Skaife

  • sh't music.. But I guess you have to when there is no original sound with the video??

  • Why do you fuckers always insist on adding music to these video's??? Moron..........................good crash by the way!

  • its good 2 see ppl who really care thats australia :*)

  • just love to see the other racers stop and rush to help that poor dude there. great sportsmanship

  • i love how everyone just stopped and didnt care about the race and ran to his aid

  • HOPE ONE DAY I CAN ATTEND A V8 SUPERCAR RACE IN PERSON...TNX FOR YOUR COMMENT...GAZZZ87

  • Seeing things like this just gives you faith in human nautre.

No one is angry, no one is fighting, they all just want to get their fellow racer out of his car.

I saw something similar in Trails motorbikes, when some fellow bikers were positioned on the track to help other drivers get over hard rocks etc, one fell back down a hill, and the sheer leap that this other guy made to catch the bike and stop it falling on them.

This is exactly what friendly competition should be, Great vid!

  • its great to see the boys help out.....good on ya fellas

  • It must be the coolest feeling in the world after a crash like that, when the first person to open the door to help you out is one of your competitors. Not just one either. There were more racers around the car than marshals! Simply outstanding.

  • unforgettable memories its like i watched it yesterday

  • he ws very luck

  • yep was thinking the same thing you have to stop if u c that

  • Up the yanks!! You won't find anyone blokes like this anywhere else who care more for there competition

  • @StalkinYoMum Australia.

  • i agree.

That is extremely extremely great sportsmanship

  • 0.16 wave that green flag...LOL

  • @eckyspondoolie LOL YA

Huge crash and the green flag was still up

    ROFL

  • 0:12 is that official for real, he's just seen 3 cars fly off the track sideways and he keeps the green flag up.

Great to see other drivers trying to help, great sportsmanship.

  • @JAW636Jesse he´s doing that because thats the end of the crash zone... the crash happens before him so he must wave the green flag for the other cars that they can drive on race speed when they pass the crashed cars (sorry for my bad english)

  • @JAW636Jesse yeah unfortunately as a ex CAMS marshal for the clipsal 500 and AGP its not the marshals desicion to put out the red flag. race control are the ones to decide and they spread the word via radio. which they did 30 seconds later.

yeah you don't see this in much of the overseas races but its good to see the sportsmanship

  • craig lounds 1999 caulder park that was 1 of the worlds most remembered crashes because it stopped the hole race and most of the drivers jumped out of there cars to go to craigs aid it was also the last time in 10 years that lounds raced in a holder untill yesterday 10/10/10 he teamed up with mark scafie and finnished first for the 2010 bathurst 1000

  • Hats off to everyone that ran over there.... It's about time other drives can to the aid.... Good job!!!!

  • You can tell V8 supercars never flip because every driver went over to his car. NASCAR has far worse wrecks.

  • @18sux29rox The voice of inexperience lol. Is racing improved for you by the destruction factor?

  • Good clip, somewhat ruined by the music though.... commentary would have been so much better.

  • I love seeing this type of sportsmanship specially in motorsports..love the v8's. i live in the states and never seen that done here..all i've seen is helmets being thrown at other drivers and fights. Though I have a lot of respect for NASCAR drivers specially the OG's like the late Dale ( good bless him up there ) i've never attended a race. I hope one day we can have the same type of brotherhood amongst drivers...keep it up Aussies..

  • @dogtown66 SO true, The other racers leaving their cars to run to their fellow racer's aid is truly amazing.

  • @dogtown66 you just became my favorite american

  • @dogtown66 your right, ive been to 2 races and i enjoyed them, but i never seen that before!

  • lol @ the marshal holding up the green flag after a huge crash like that.

  • @ROONTANG Thats to notify drivers where they can attempt overtaking. There's another flagman before the crash who would be holding the yellow flag up.

  • that is the best show of sportsmanship i have ever seen in any form of racing those gentlemen have my respect i love v8 supercar racing

  • song name?

  • remove the dame shit music and let the race b e the centre of the clip not the grap music

  • youve gotta love the aussie spirit of helping your mates out, its why i left the UK to be here.

  • oi cunt u wanna say somthin say it to our faces u pussy, just cos people in ur country wont do that for ya doesnt mean u can rag out our people

  • @pirateshell My dumbass brother used my acount and sent that comment on this vid. I love watching racing from other countries, i think other foriegn drivers are the best in the world. Im a huge NASCAR fan and guys like Marcos ambrose from Australia, Max Papis from Italy, and Narian K. from India are all very inspiring.

  • Craig knows who his friends are after this !!!!

  • Well done by all those who stopped.

  • respect to all those who stopped. good on em.

  • awsome sportsman ship dont see that very often in races anymore

  • This makes me think about Ayrton Senna, who stopped for Eric Comas..

  • @duncaann yeah speaking of did anyone stop for Senna at san marino ?

  • @runnergb87 No.

There were immidiately marshalls on the incident. (Sorry for bad English:D)

  • can you please tell me what that race was for the first crash? i've seen that before but i don't remember what it was called.

  • its the v8 supercars from caulder park 1999

  • I agree with UrealGTAIVsunter, that was one of the nicest things ive ever seen in one of those races

  • wow i think its amazing cuz all the other racers came to help him out

  • look at 0:30 thats funny as fuk

  • your a fuck head

  • Not as much as me, though.

  • if my memory is right yea i think it was murph who got there 1st i remember watching that race

  • yeah it was murph it just shows what ledgends they are !!!

  • awesome sportmanship, all those drivers stopping to help. was it murph there first?

  • yea it was murph definately gr8 sportsmanship 4 lowndes

  • As much as i hate the guy good on him i guess, i find him arrogant to watch and listen to

  • fucking oath bro its good to see

  • @spruland yeah and others who weren't even involved pulled over just to rescue lowndes lovely

  • I dont really like the supertaxis much which is why I remember the Formula Ford crash more...

  • fair enough we don't get the aussie formula fords over here just the nz ones they never have big crashes. except the odd rollover.

  • Big hit, that. What people sometimes forget about that weekend was there was a bigger accident in Formula Ford where Justin Cotter ended up half way up the embankment...

  • i no i remember i have seen the crash but i think this one is more memorable because its lowendes even though i don't like him.
