Dude just stop make reavel videos. I wont sub to you people who reveal tricks. People put a lot of time into makeing tricks and to go and reavel them is just wrong. I do reveal tricks but these are tricks that people like missmag or scamschool do not a trick that people put alot of time and effort into there tricks.
Your quote: "Yes I think all secrets should be on view to magicians and student magicians." I agree. But they should not be on youtube, which is 99.9% NON-magicians and NON-student magicians. There are sites out there like themagiccafe or themagicvault which cater to the groups you are talking about. I'm sure you would also agree that "the secret" to any trick is what magic is all about and what makes it so facinating for people to watch. (continued below)
@JeffCarsonMagic The only people that watch these videos are magicians and student magicians. People that have no interest in magic don't usually go around on Youtube looking for revealed magic tricks. And even if they did, those same people could go to magiccafe etc and learn how the tricks are done.
(Part 2) When secrets are posted on public forums like youtube it sucks that facination right out of it. The wonderful thing about youtube is that it is available to everyone. That is also the terrible thing about it. Therefore, it is up to the users, you and me, to pick and chose what we post.

Hey Pugsley, Gotta ask... Should we expose the secrets to all the magic tricks in the world or just the ones YOU don't like? Doesn't seem right when you think about does it?
@JeffCarsonMagic They must not be very secret if people can find them out and tell other people. Did you think about that. No you didn't and FYI they arent even your tricks to be telling people what to do with them
@JeffCarsonMagic Yes I think all secrets should be on view to magicians and student magicians. For too long the magic industry has repackaged old effects as new ones, and many students have bought effects that were not suitable for their skill level or performance conditions. To be fair to the purchasers the methods should be clear before purchase. Of course the magic sellers are against this because they think they will make less sales. It's not about methods it's about money.
