This technology will come out eventually, similar ideas have been around and someone will develop it.
But If someone hacks someones iplant, or mods it in order to abuse it, or black market labs implant it.
The good news is you can deplete dopamine levels by taking certain drugs, therefore there will be no juice left to motivate you to do unethical things, in a bad case scenario. :P
