I just love watching Roger play, his game is just so complete and very graceful to watch. The MURRAY V FEDERER games going forward will be brilliant to watch as they are very similar in style and they are both very good tactitions. Roll on 2009, I think Murray will be the one that Roger will have to watch out for.
Well, Murray doesn't have the same grace that Federer does, like most players but Murray will definitely be great opposition though I completely agree with you on how they both play. I believe Andy Murray uses the drop shot agressively and enthusiastically but at the right times. Murray is full of talent and has all the weapons in his bank now he just needs to take the guns out. :P Federer needs to rest more for Grand Slams and he'll be fine. (train too like all players)

Federer has set unbelievable records. It's a lot easier for guys to get pumped up to play RF than it is for RF to get pumped up to play them. He has been sooooo good for so long, so hard to do. Get it? It's harder to be at the top and maintain it than having something to chase and catch it. RF is in a tough position. yeah you have to remember fed was off the tour after he defeated sampras in quarters of wimbledon. he was injured and his coach died. but when he came back, he won everything. and to comment, i honestly think the guys winning over federer this year got lucky coz he's not in shape. okay...after 22 though, federer won 12 grand slams in 5 years. In order to catch up with fed, nadal would have to win 8 grand slams in the next 4 years. That would mean he would have to win 2 every year. Not going to happen with djokovic and federer there. Nadal will win one every year. He is just a clay court player. He got one fluke wimbledon. Nadal can suck it. He will end up with about 10/11 slams. Federer about 16. Federer is the greatest . Dont even compare nadals gay ass with the god.

Nadal isn't an all court playing style unlike Federer who is dominant on all surfaces (yes, Federer is certainly the second best player on clay after Nadal).
You can compare Sampras to Federer but not Nadal to Federer.

I love the professional way he deals with some really stupid questions from the press. He had an amazing game and showed such heart in ploughing through the game and winning. Roger is the Legend of the game, a man who is brilliant at Tennis but a decent human being. He has changed Tennis for everyone, everyone wants to play like him. That mighty russian Andreev had one of the hardest forehands I have watched. As much spin as Rafa, as much speed as Roddick and Safin, wow.
Only Fed has a better overall forehand. Best forehand of all times. Better then Agassi, Lendl, Gomes.
