@antsamthompson9 I tend to have pretty strong opinions about things, but it's very unlikely you'll ever see a rant video of that type from me...it's just not my style.
As for the Katy Perry flap, that's just utter nonsense ginned up by completely cynical people for the purposes of fundraising. Made up controversies like this, combined with the "that's why we have to cut PBS' funding! think of the children!" are just a waste of everybody's time.
@NantoVision1: The thing is that it was Sesame's OWN producers that banned this segment and put the disclaimer on the Old School DVDs. They banned this segment due to its controversy and they put the disclaimer on the Old School DVDs because times have changed and not everything from the old episodes is kosher today, never mind that their viewership is still in the traditional mold, so many concerned parents who watch the show with their kids would have questions/complaints about some parts.
