@ScrambledAndBenedict Well the battle is really easy and there isn't a whole lot going on in the fight (you just attack him with your sword.) So i'm assuming your just basing this off of the fact that he looks really cool? If thats the case I think Gomess from the stone tower temple in MM was way cooler looking. He's like a demon spirit with a scythe (grim reaper style) and his body is made of almost all bats. Hes the coolest sub boss for me.

And no. You can use some tactics, such as a "dodge-stab-stab-stab-slash combo". Or jump back when he attacks, then strike.

In my opinion, Iron Knuckles, Dinolfos, Lizalfos, Darknuts and the Dark Link sub-boss are the only enemies in the Zelda series that can put up a fight.

I found the best way to kill them without using Mortal Draw :P is to simply jump back when they attack then spam jump attack. ^^

If this game was gory, like it should've been, you would have gotten to kill that guy properly instead of wounding him until he explodes into dust. Censorship made this too mild. You should be able to cut off arms and heads like a sword is meant to do. Link doesn't even die, he passes out and you get a game over.

After my first play through, i thought, man this game was too easy. On my second play through, i used the ordon sword instead of the master sword to see if was any more challenging. To my surprise i was disappointed: it didn't make it harder, just longer -_-

What I do to keep fighting them, is not to save after you kill the last few in hyrule castle. It'll take a bit more to get up to ganonodorf, but it's not that hard.

They are by far my favourite enemies to fight in Twilight Princess, well, aside from Ganondorf. In the Cave of Ordeals, the 50th floor has a Red One, a Blue one, and a regular one. Hardest battle in the entire game. You`d be lucky just to last 10 minutes, let alone beat them. It was really hard to clear the Cave because of them. But the trick is to attack the normal one first and not go near the coloured ones until after, so they won`t come for you. Fighting 2 on 2 is hard, but 3 is crazy.

Actually this Sub-bosses name is called Iron Nut and if you don't belive play ocarina of time and lock on an iron nut and press 'c'up and Navi the fairy will say it's an iron nut and info so its really the guy who makes most names up yh got it?
