ha I always send bottles of rum and vodka to family across the country and I always pack the bottles to withstand this kind of WEATHER.... lots of bubble wrap!

To be fair, the container is set up in a way that you can only throw that stuff in. When the container is empty, you can put the first package over the side as carefully as you want, it's still going to fall over 6 feet to the bottom. I think Id do the same. The more people complaining about broken packages, the more awareness management will have of these processes.
