Personally, I disliked her hair in the new movie...it was TOO long for her, and just made her look older! I really loved her kind of medium-length hair that she had in the 9th season of the series...she looked awesome!

Yes, it was UN-Scully....that's the word I was looking for! Except for different reasons...it was more UN-glamourous rather than too glamourous. In the movie, it actually looked really  messy and unkempt, and she just threw it back in a messy ponytail a lot. I'm used to seeing cool, collected, tailored Scully, with hair perfectly in place.
