Is there anyway I can play this game living in North America? Are you able choose what language you want during the install or in-game? Do they do an IP check? I know how to use VPN's, proxy's, etc.
It's coming out in NA this year but I have no patience....

@TorQueHQ It's not in english version. There's no proper translation for the english version. It's not even avaiable in USA. It's not downloadable in UK either. /facepalm
As a seasoned EVE player, it upsets me to see so many people say that this is like EVE. It is _NOTHING_ like EVE. The combat mechanics are different. There is no player driven economy. The balance is based on linear progression. In fact, its pretty much Freelancer as an MMO - Freelancer being as far of a departure from EVE as possible.
That being said, its a VERY COOL game - but nothing like EVE for sure.
-Able to hide all UI elements with one key for an 'uncluttered' view
-Add in the weapon switching of Black Prophecy, make the chat and other UI elements completely moveable/customizeable/resizeable as needed. Even Unreal Tournament (an FPS) has more options to customize the UI than most other games, so sad really that a game in 1999 was better than today's games.
-Make a GOOD and INTUITIVE tutorial and gradually introduce UI stuff slowly bit by bit. Hide till need

Your UI needs a complete reworking, in all honesty.
I'm glad for the mouse-friendly style THIRD PERSON VIEW controls unlike every other space sim that insists on having only 'cockpit view' available.
I'm upset by the ridiculously cluttered UI and no way to seemingly 'hide' useless stuff like the lower-right corner that shows a 3D model of what you have targeted.

Space games that have a good UI:
-Freelancer
-Black Prophecy (though the map is crappy and uncustomizable, same with chat)
Other games including FreeSpace have such cluttered UIs as to turn off new people just looking to shoot up stuff in space in a 3D environment.
Freelancer is still beloved and has tons of people online on mod servers TO THIS DAY because its so playable and easy to get into.
If a person new to gaming can't pick up the controls in ~5 mins, you've failed to make it worthwhile.
