  • I think the key is to speak about events in terms of your emotions rather than name calling / metaphor. I'm really embarrassed by what I did. I hate that I did that.   • @ImplodedToad I think Forgive & forget has something to it. It is maybe about focus. Spend time thinking about the things you enjoy, stuff that inspires. I agree with Barbara Crafton about that point. Maybe thought is habitual ? Think positive.
