Steven plays Andy Garcia's character (Vince) long-lost son. He ends up in the jail where Vince works and Vince is able to get him released and brings him home with him but without telling him that he's his son. So Tony is actually Joyce's step-son but she doesn't know it.

erm...no offence~ i love steven!! but y did he prefer to have long hair and that beard? ok..in real life.. also he have that long curly hair rite? dun get me wrong..i love it...but i prefer him in a short hair...and he's my age..23...but hey..its his choice rite?? neway..i love steven strait!!!!!

He had the beard and long hair for the movie, which I thought looked really appropriate. He actually has short hair and no beard now if you go and look at the recent pics from the last couple of weeks on wireimage and getty. I actually like both looks personally.

I love this clip. Steven and Julianna are so much fun together. I also think Steven's look is completely appropriate to the character he is playing.
