nothing gets hotter laying in the sun than a chunk of thick iron , trust me on that

@AznSpartanz you are right , this pan is normally only used while we are camping to cook meat or fish caught that day ..... that fry pan is real old, and is for sure a far cry from modern teflon coated cook ware , but it will out perform anything I've seen while camping . It weighs 5 1/2 lbs. its bad A**
