  • tight video man.

  • CHECK OUT "75 REP LEG PRESS WIDOWMAKER"

  • i started to change my routine...i was doing mon- chest/ tri tue-back/bi weds-rest thur-legs fri-delts.. but felt like i lost lots of gains for changing...felt like i neede twice a week... now i'm going to do mon - chest/delts/tri tues-back/legs/bi weds-rest thurs- wht i did mon fri- wht i did on tues... I just make it less intense and i'll feel good working my chest and other parts twice.. what do you think???
  • guys, if you listened to what he actually said, you'd realize that he did do the rest pauses, he just didn't show it. wow, listen.

  • Dc,ers are full of hype and bullshit like its some big secret, the only secret is they are all juicing just check the old posts on the original boards its another load of Bollocks unless you take gear!

  • @rolaball74 dude, either it works or it doesn't work. whether you are on gear or not, doesn't matter. If high volume worked better, don't you think hed be doing that? If anything, high volume is more suited for steroid users given the extreme number of sets they do and the much larger amount of volume. they need the roids to recover from all that.

  • @mmamilano I did listen to what he said and the vid isn't DC training. Go learn something before you reply to me you fucking faggio

  • not to hate or anything, but how is this doggcrapp training? I thought the main thing with DC is that you do rest pause, this vid didn't show any of that.

  • @harrycox4 why don't you listen to what he says? dumbass.

  • biters of the H.I.T. mentzer way

  • that's one strong ass dude.

  • thats not DC, retard

  • what does benching with an underhanded grip do differently from benching with a normal grip?

  • @XxowendanxX works tris, not chest

  • @diskin1 okay, gotcha doc. thanks.

  • @XxowendanxX underhand grip bench works the clavicular head of the pec ( upper part of chest) a lot more

  • @tumadre420pm whoa. does it work the upper chest more or the tris more??...

  • @XxowendanxX - it makes it a triceps-dominated movement. It specifically hits the long head of the tri (the "hanging loaf of bread" part. :)

  • i wish i was as strong as this guy, sucks being slow twitch muscle fibre dominant lol

  • @jaffacec what do you mean, "slow twitch muscle fiber dominant"?

  • whats the last exercise

  • Excellent form! keep it up

  • hmm, perhaps a noob-question, but when i'm done with my chest routine, and turn into shoulder, then i'm always have to lower the weight cause my triceps are dead yet.

i'm wondering; do i have to drop some weight while chesting or I have to stop exaggerate :)

  • @xtherealtm do shoulders on a different day as chest.

  • @XxowendanxX I just had undeveloped tri's, now I dont have any problems anymore, thx :)

  • @xtherealtm that's cos you do so many steroids, you have more testosterone in your veins than a busload of teenage boys watching Pam Anderson make out with Britney Spears...

  • i gotta try this style of training!

  • @bodebldr2000 if you are not very advanced I warn you not to try this. This is very intense and you have to be very strong for this to work.

  • @thegamexxx1234 I agree, i tried it and loved it but it was very hard thats for sure.

  • wow. are people really talking smack on "youtube"? idiots. anyway, does the extreme stretching hurt anyone else joints? I am ok with the leg stretches, but the shoulder stretch tears my elbow up. any other ideas?

  • @ufman19 I've tryed the shoulder cuff stretch Shelby explained and I've felt that one a lot better and felt less stressfull on the joints than the oringinal one. Thats just my opinion anyways

  • They see me trolling.. they hating..

  • great vid brother, keep up the good work.

    very informative on DC

  • I give you props for training in a place that plays that kind of music.

  • ROIDS FOR THE WIN.

  • @tuoniz he competes in all natural and he is tested regularly, you ignorant mother fuckers are what give the general public misconceptions about this stuff. It's called hard work, and you have probably never experienced it in your life.

  • @PardonMySanity LMFAO you sir are an idiot.

  • @tuoniz lol what a jealous little tool you are, get your attention somewhere else DC is for serious people only

  • @PardonMySanity you are the easiest person to troll. I weigh 248 at 5 foot 9 with a 31 inch waist. I would wipe my ass with your existence. You got trolled and there are several people lolling at you right now literally rolling on the floor...because you are puny.

  • @tuoniz

    Wow you're fucking obese.

    ---

No I don't think you're a troll, you're really that fucking retarded, now realizing your stupidity, you're trying to play it off.

  • @tigercreeper are u pardon my sanity's girl friend oh sorry ma'am please excuse my frankness. I'll use lube next time I lure your emotional boyfriend into a troll trap. qq more L2Troll

  • @tuoniz lmao yea ok boss. Cuz you know what I look like from the 5 cm photo on youtube that was taken 2 years ago. A grown ass man should have better things to do then go on youtube and troll people. Go on eharmony or something, find a wife who's jacked up on GH. I'm 7 feet tall and i weigh 400 pounds. Easy to make shit up with no proof huh? What a sad life you have, I actually feel bad for your sorry ass.

  • @PardonMySanity TROLLED QQMORE L2STFU

  • @PardonMySanity how long can you hold your breath with Jason Wojo's dick in your mouth? Someone told me your record was until he jizzed.

  • Jason looks great. Im not totally sold on DC yet. Still researching and then will determine if I should give it a go. Great video post brah

  • is it a 15 second rest or 15 breaths? I think he says both in the vid. Nice vid btw... appreciate it.

  • @ufman19 15 breathes, roughly 20-30 secs

  • THERE IS NO MORE BEAUTIFUL SOUND THEN HEARING 45'S RATTLE. GYM CHIMES.

    ARE YOU CRAZY!?

  • whats the song 03:36 ?? please

  • u make your girl film u while u work out!? WTF?! Love yourself much?

  • Would DC training work as well on a cut? for someone wanting to lose maybe 20lbs?

  • @armil365riza have to keep the calorie intake considerably high to continually beat the log book..so to answer your question, no, the regular DC routine wouldnt not be suited well to cutting IMO. However, Dante does have some adapted routines that some of his clients use when dieting down for a contest.

  • @MrDickHurtzer

Thanks! yeah, I was thinking about it..you're right.. gotta go above minimum calorie intake to keep up and beat the log book. Maybe I'll do a little tweaking and use the rest-pause technique to keep that heart rate up yet lifting strong.

  • not too many good dc training vidoes out there on youtube..so please post more!

  • Marine?

  • crazy strength dude! I've never seen someone do that much weight on reverse grip bench!

  • 3:37 is that a smith machine?

  • The 145 lb dumbell flat bench, chest press was nuts (in a related video). This guy is amazingly strong. Controls the weight clean and smooth. Charles Poliquin approved.

  • maaaan....you are very strong, very good! greatz from germany.

  • very nice and strong man great job !!!

  • whats the song at 4.05?

  • @powerpunch2 alanis morissette - hands clean

  • Today, i started chest-flat bench dumbell and after that dumbbell shoulder press, but i did less than normally ( was my first time dc) is this because i trained chest 2 mins before?

  • @vissies of coarse

  • Anyone know the benefits of reverse grip bench press? Never seen anyone do that before.

  • great stretch on the triceps, and good mass exercise, just a little awkward, try using a smith machine 1st ,then move to free weight. just something different.

  • Its a great tricep exercise.

Doggcrapp training requires you to do quite a few different exercises for a muscle within a workout, as you drop ones as soon as you dont improve. So you have to be quite creative

  • Oops, I didnt mean "in a workout" I meant in a blast, which is a 8 weeks or so training cycle

  • Thanks

  • right, so he can have massive 14 inch arms like you, right?

    Douche

  • steroids or not i dont give a shit, his choice

  • why u show only one set ? I mean dc style are three mini sets with rps or not ?

  • @patrick31303

it's 3 mini set which prepare your muscle and one major set

  • I was wondering for negative training, im working on my chest tommorow and wanted to know when should i train negative training at the start of my workout or end? and 3 sets is enough for 1 day of negative training?

  • i do negatives on the mass exercies, flat barbell bench press or dumbbell. you can either do negs. added to each set at the end....do do 6-8 reps and have your training partner help you with 2 more reps. or do a set after your 3-4 working sets and go 10-20 pounds heavier, have a "smart" spotter help you lift the weight and then lower slow and controlled, do 2-4 reps lower as slow as possible, and have parnter pull weight up.

  • Look, this isn't Jason posting, this is my account so I am not speaking for him. These videos are about DC training so hopefully they are helpful for some of you. Your comment is totally uncalled for.

  • Not to mention that you are a moron

  • who cares.

  • lol you dont know shit son, flappy bicep skin means nothing

go read a book or something

  • @spexis

its called muscle....you obviously wouldnt know what that was...

  • why is it every gym i ever been to they play such crap slow music its a gym for cryin out loud play some good aggresavie music to get people pumped up they was playin james blunt at my gym last night damn i gotta get a new ipod

  • gold's manchester plays I guess some golds radio crap, it promotes estrogen its so gay

  • I agree with you...I can't stand it, so I carry my ipod with some slipknot to workout.. XD

  • IF YOU LEARN ANYTHING FROM THIS VID PLZ LET IT BE @ 2:27

When he RERACKS his weights! Also notice the skipping of dropping the DBs from shoulder height to the floor to make as much noise possible.

  • seems like this guy lifts for bulk and power

  • That's the whole point of the off-season bro lol

  • man Ive been lifting for 5yrs, I know what he is doing, I lift the same way

  • Those arent fake dude, I actually go to that gym. It's in Durham, NC. I forgot it's always a group of jealous shitheads like you on here.

  • I work out in Durham,NC what gym you at ?

  • Sometimes at Millennium

  • I'm over at Fitness World on 54

  • this guy doesn't do steroids, he just eats right and trains hard :p

  • Somebody correct me if I'm wrong but isn't the

chest shoulder tri/back bi/legs workout for more

advanced bodybuilders to work on weaker areas? I was

wondering because he did the set of side laterals.

  • wrong i will correct you!!!! :)

  • so the three-way split is just personal preference or what?

  • yeah indeed do it what way you wish depends on your recovery from doms

  • your an idiot?

the 3 way split is for really advanced guys and more specifically when you want to work on a specific bodypart thats lagging..

  • Thats what I thought

  • No. The three split is part of the DC training system.

Google DoggCrapp Training and read about it.

What do you think the DC stands for in the video title?

  • 5 stars deserved JUST FOR for not dropping the DB's. Great vid.

  • dam, this dudes strong as hell

  • Thats some great workout music there in the back ground.. .. nick leshay or whatever his name is.. thank god for ipods.

  • lmao word.

  • damn this guys on a whole different level really strong

  • Oh and look, he didn't let the dumbbells fall to the ground from shoulder height after his presses...God I hate those guys...I'm gonna let 75lbs weights slam to the floor....learn control. I can understand once or twice, but every damn set...come on.

  • awesome dude and excellent form 10/10

  • I was wondering what your training split is. I have recently got back into muai thai and have been trying to work out a 3 day split.,mon, wed, fri, with muai thai on the off days. I have been o nearly contest shape with the wieghts before so I know how to lif, its just a bich trying to figure out a routine that hits all my bodyparts properly in three days. any info would be appreciated.

  • research you lazy cunt...google DC Training

  • That go blown out of proportion. DC was trying to say to be VERY controlled on the negative, where you could reverse the weight in a moments notice. Thats the big thing, stressing on the eccentric and eliminate as much momentum from it as possible. If you're going 100% it's too hard to focus on 6 seconds, especially, when having 500+ on your back, but you'll learn proper form and tempo.

  • wow.. one stong dude...

Im trying to understand this whole dc training... i just cant wrap my head around only 1 or 2 exercises per body part.. but its obvious it works

  • just google doggcrap training or go to intensemuscle and read up. It works great if you have the right mindset and are able to stick with the training, nutrition, and stretching. Skimping on one affects the others though, ITs normally recommended only for fairly advanced trainers, due to the high intensity and recovery demands, along with the needed effort and consistancy beginners just rarely have.

Hope you come over to the "crapp" side. LOL

  • noice vid beast

  • jason is a advanced dc trainee he's on a 3 way split instead of a two way and Dc training doesn't use exercises to target side and rear delts specifically. They usually count on heavy back movements to hit the rear delt and i believe jason does a widowmaker for shoulders (side dumbbell laterals)

  • what does he do for side delts?

  • What song/artist is playing in the background between 1:25-2:25?

  • Nice video Jason.

  • No extreme stretching and what's up with chest/shoulder/tri? DC is doing half of your body each day, not 3 body parts.

  • There are a few different splits/rest day options that are used by DC trainees. Google "cycle on pennies" and read the whole thing by Dante Trudel if you want to hear it from the horses mouth.

  • Right he is using the "3 way split" which is reserved for very advanced BB'ers who need to bring up specific weak body parts. Hippo is referring to the "2 way split" which is designed to get intermediate BB'ers to advanced status asap.

  • I can only speak for myself, but I've learned, through experience, to feel when I just can't get another rep up.. so I stop. To an onlooker it might look like I didn't give it my all, but I know that had I tried another one I wouldn't have gotten a full rep anyway.

  • thank you.

  • why did people neg me so much for this comment? It just looked to me as if he was barely straining on that last rep.

  • i thought this was DC, where is the extreme streching?

    btw:

of course he is on juice, come on guys!

  • At least he isn't one of those little pretty boys I see at the gym all the time that juices and trains like a pussy. Even if someone does juice, they still have to train like an animal and eat like a man to make and KEEP gains.

  • how come on every training video some dickhead has to bring up the term steroid...WHO...FUCKING...CARES!!! Stop being jealous of him because he busts his ass and cares more about bodybuilding than all you guys who half-ass or even quarter-ass your diet and training.

  • +1

He could do better off gear than most of you tools could on it. His life is about bodybuilding and he doesn't piss around with it. Most of you lift, then will go out drinking or partying. Thats why you can't make progress.

  • yep I see it all the time. There's a handful of serious lifters, and then there's the rest of the guys who just don't understand how important it is to think, eat, and train like a bodybuilder does. Most guys have their cell phones in their hands longer than a barbell and dumbbells while at the gym. Yet they still wonder why they won't make progress.

  • Those guys need to be shot in the face. I hate em!

  • nice power et strenght :)

  • powerful!

  • well said, j5

  • So the fuck what! Cut out the self righteous bull shit. Clean or not you still have to bust your ass. No one in this goddamn world is perfectly honest. Steroid haters go do jazzercise you fucking pencil neck pussy ass bitches

  • Nope . I've been in the game for a long time and nobody ever keeps their size and strength when they go off gear permanently .

  • Not like he had a great shape... and fyi Johan, no he's not "clean".

  • holy shit, that dude is strong :)

  • How much of your volume would you say come from DC training or are most from more generic one? Also if possible: Are you clean?

  • Obviously NOT clean....

  • In that case what am I doing here? It will never be intresting to look at results from people who aren't clean. And also even IF the method would be better for someone who aren't it doesn't have to mean that it's also for people who are since he's got better recovering and so on.

    Sweet body anyway.

  • ya, I'm going to try DC training today. Havent switched it up in a long time... I work out without a spot so im sort of worried for bigger exercises like bench/squat/etc when doing this. We'll see though

  • nice workout!

seems like a very nice and professional guy!

    does he compite?

  • that is f'n scary

  • pretty cool. First off, Jason's moving 10x the iron I am, so I have no room to talk, but...

I would recommend going all the way to full extension on the shoulder press to recruit the posterior delt and have safe, stable shoulders.

Also, doing the presses while standing requires total body strength.

Of course, going for heavy presses is probably best with a barbell.

And to get that heavy weight up, you might try the clean.

  • one more thing:

    "In the lockout position, most

people will have the bar slightly in front of the

head at first, so make sure that your bar is over

your neck, the highest point on your skull, right

over your ears. This is where the bar must be

if it is to be locked out in balance with your

    spine in normal anatomical position."

  • "Once there,

the elbows should be locked and the shoulders

actively shrugged up so that the bar is supported

by the skeletal components and the traps, and

not just the triceps. This is the position the bar

is going to be at the end of every correct rep."

    - Mark Rippetoe

I hope I can post this, otherwise I'll delete it.

  • do you really think he needs training tips? come on..

  • obviously not him. I have full respect. other people maybe?

  • Is last one triceps exercise?? or chest ??

  • triceps

  • i can tell you are a very nice guy in person, cause when you're done with a set, you gentility place the weights back on the rack. not like those precks in the gym that think their tough, and drop or through their weights around.

  • It's true, Jason is one the most humble and respectable people in the gym that you'll meet.

  • great work. Can anyone tell me where I can get more info on DC training?

    thanks

  • Google for doggcrapp?

  • bodybuilding dot com go to search and then type in doggcrapp

  • no...

  • go to supersite, then work out database, and look around... its there

  • real strong keep it up

  • Man, you have great form in all that you do, along with big weights.

  • I perform DC training and from what I have read, you need to be doing slow negatives of 6-10 seconds. From your video you only do 2-3 seconds on the negative - what gives? You are losing out on half the intensity without the slow negatives. Anyway just my two cents.

  • the whole 6-10 seconds thing is exaggerated. Dante says so himself and regrets saying the whole 6-10 second negative thing. all he wants is CONTROLLED negatives where you can reverse the movement at any time.

  • are u natural bro ? if u are im proud of u

  • you have so got to be kidding

  • Eu só achei que ele faz com uma pegada muito aberta no supino tríceps pegada invertida; se fosse com os cotovelos mais pra dentro e os antebraços na vertical quando a barra está descendo, aí ficaria melhor.
