  • Thought you weren't even a vegan.

  • The sugar put in the kombucha during the brewing process is for the culture to consume. It is NOT a part of the end product. The reason why the storebought brands like GT's are sweet is because they blend in fruit juices for legal reasons. PLEASE do your research about this before speaking on it. Brewing kombucha is a science. The sugar and caffeine are NOT a part of the end product. Kombucha has been around for centuries. I can attest to it keeping me healthy. BEST cure for a cold.

  • Your teeth stick out.

  • I wish this girl could sit down with Jeff Novick and explain some things to her. Namely on how, as vegans, we all believe in fundamentally the same thing, with small variations of how to apply the nutrition and health principles. We should not argue and bicker amongst ourselves. The real enemies are the saturated fat/cholesterol revisionists, paleo/primal trolls, low carbers.

This is the canary in the coal mine.

  • I'm drinking a 7-11 slurpee while watching this.

  • Is it possible that you got a bad batch of agave? Or that you're simply allergic to it? It does after all come from a plant, and anyone can be allergic to anything. It may be have been processed in a factory that processes other allergens. It's still low on the glycemic index. I don't know if it's as wonderful as the marketers would have us believe, but to claim it's as bad as high fructose corn syrup is disingenuous.

  • The sugar converts to alcohol and later b vitamins and amino acids in kombucha. Besides it's a great alternative to soda for us fizzy beverage freaks.

  • I'm learning so much from your videos, I'm new to this lifestyle and have been using some of the ingredients mentioned in your video to make my recipes for flavor and now I'm like "Darn"!!! I so want to cleanse and renew my eating habits. I'm going to have to reevaluate my ingredient list. Thank you.

  • What do you use for sweetener? I have the same exact reactions to stevia, agave etc etc - would love to know what you use! Thanks :)

  • Kombucha doesn't have a lot of sugar because the culture uses it. So when we drink it there isn't the same amount sugar that is put in at the beginning. I agreed with everything except for that. I think kombucha is very good for you, I love it!

  • fruit has a ton of fructose as well ! its naturally occurring but as you said msg naturally occurring is bad, so is naturally occurring fructose.

  • lol I just looked up an apple sugar versus my kombucha in my left hand. An apple has 23g sugar and my kombucha 4g in a whole 16 oz bottle. So technically the green kombucha by GT has less sugar than my apple by a long shot and my apple is only like a cup. wow the things we learn.

  • Rock on with this old post!! Thanks for putting this out there. Good information! You convinced me.

  • Even Raw Agave?

  • GREAT INFO

  • Top 5 Avoid foods: 1. Grains 2. Refined vegetable oils 3. Artificial additives (msg etc.) 4. Processed foods 5. Any foods that are a result of agriculture Top 5 Best foods: 1. Vegetables 2. Grass-fed or wild meats (with the fat) 3. Grass-fed free range Eggs 4. Some fruits and nuts 5. Fats rich in cholesterol and saturated fat (fish, animal fats etc.)
  • Raw agave has fructose yes, as does fruit. Soy is trash. Period. Tamari has L-glutamine just as msg does. Bragg's like soy sauce is unhealthy for the same reason. Kombucha's a great probiotic, low in sugar and caffine. Bulk nuts? What? Use jars instead of bags to seal. Bulk bin nuts do not sit around for years at a health food store and are far fresher than packaged. The rancidity of packaged nuts should be obvious (heat/radiation). Lady has a very opinionated attempt at informing. : (

  • Raw food is pointless heads up.

  • wow i had no idea about agave...i have been wondering about it......thanks for that info!

  • You remind me of Julie Delpy

  • As the Kombucha culture digests the sugar it produces a range of organic acids like glucuronic acid, gluconic acid, lactic acid, acetic acid, butyric acid, malic acid and usnic acid; vitamins, particularly B vitamins and vitamin C; as well as amino acids, enzymes. And of course there are all the benefits of the probiotic microorganisms themselves. The Kombucha culture is a biochemical powerhouse in your kitchen. There is no sugar left, its consumed.

  • Am so glad you pointed out Kombucha... its so yummy but you are totally right!!!

  • Good video. What song did you use in the intro? It sound familiar.

  • I had no idea about the agave. I just bought my first bottle of it too. It seemed too good to be true and I guess it was. Thanks for the eye opener. I am tempted to get some tamari, but soy cracks my top five things to avoid. We've all got our quirks I suppose.

  • I think you believe what you say, but I also think that what you are telling people is based on some very limited knowledge of at least a few of how these 5 things on your list actually work. Think. Do. Be. I'll hang with ya on the wheat or gluten in some things as a sub-ingredient or ingredient.

  • That last part about bulk nuts is not true at all I saw them put fresh nuts all the time PLUS BULK IS ALWAYS CHEAPER

  • okaaayyyy....Thank you! Very informative! I did not know any of what you pointed out. I will be dropping those same five foods too. Wow. Who knew? These items are heavily promoted as valuable. Good job! Thanks again.

  • On Bragg Liquid Aminos: There is a distinct difference between natural glutamic acid and manufactured glutamic acid (MSG). Glutamic acid is an amino acid found in abundance in plant and animal protein. It serves as a neurotransmitter vital to the transmission of nerve impulses in many parts of the central nervous system. MSG is a neurotoxin, causing neuron degeneration and cell death. Bragg states that, "laboratory results analysis show that the Liquid Aminos contain no monosodium glutamate".

  • About Kombucha: Personally, I believe that moderate quantities of caffeine consumed as a whole food are perfectly safe. Regardless, properly fermented Kombucha contains only very small amounts of caffeine and next to no sugar. Even so, if you brew it yourself you can use raw honey as a starter and control the amount of caffeine that goes into it to begin with, which can be none if you use rooibos (red tea).

  • @J3NNIF3R87 Oh, and red tea (at least if we're talking rooibos and not Chinese black teas that are also sometimes referred to as "red tea", although not typically in the Western world) DOES NOT contain caffeine!!

  • @J3NNIF3R87 Vegans actually don't consume honey, though.

  • @JohnathanPozzi Natasha mentioned in previous videos (before deciding to consume meat) that she did use raw honey, but you still make a valid point. I actually just recently read an article about how honey is almost never responsibly harvested, hurting the bees and why vegans ought to be strict about omitting it. However, the point I was really making is that use can use any form of sugar as a starter, it need not be processed sugar nor raw honey for that matter.

  • Agave is not a cactus! Anything else I have to say about agave I put in the comments section of your agave-centered video.

  • Kombucha allows me to poop 3 times a day. Also, popular nuts and fruits move pretty quick round my way so the bins are always fluctuating. Agave I didn't care for, but didn't get a reaction; whereas when I was inorganic, cheap drinks, Gatorade and artificials would produce a tremendously horrid smell in my sinuses, which would also sometimes cause infections and migraines. Considering migraines are your pineal being damaged, which I've concluded. I don't have migraines anymore :D peace <3

  • fructose is in fruit

  • Lets start with what you can eat...

  • Her five to avoid:

    1)agave nectar

    2)namu shoyu

    3)Bragg's liquid aminos

    4)kombucha

    5)bulk bin nuts and seeds

    Check!

  • @tennisknight good DIS list, tho kombucha ain't that bad; i wouldn't touch anything by bragg's

  • The same thing happened to me witht he bulk nuts/grains. I was renting and the apt became infested. It was so bad!!! Lesson learned.

  • So you wont use all of things things on a raw food diet but you will eat meat? I dont think meat or dairy have all the benefits that they claim either.

  • @msfairiebloom Yeah they do not. Really bad stuff for you.

  • @msfairiebloom, I've noticed that too.

  • thanks, good to know!

  • I've never had an issue with the nuts and/or seeds at a bulk barn.

  • I liked your video even dr. Mercola mentioned the high fructose content of Agave. How about using juvelac as an fermented food with kumut instead of wheat?

  • Careful before you make sweeping statements that might only apply to your area.It completely depends on the store you get your nuts and seeds in bulk bins. I buy from a local, small community coop and they change out their bins regularly. By no means do nuts sit there for years.

Otherwise I agree with your list. As someone who is MSG intolerant, I completely agree with the braggs and the soy sauce--nothing gets me sicker quicker than those two!

  • you should include onions and chillis infact all solanaceae and alliums

  • coconut water kefir, apple juice kefir...yeah..awesome

  • What about if you ferment the kombucha with carob powder and soaked dried fruits (like figs, raisins etc) instead of sugar ? I was just thinking at starting kombucha this winter as it really is living energized water.

  • BTW, Glutamic Acid is not the same as MonoSodium Glutamate. Glutamic Acid is an amino acid. This lady is just a misinformed hypochondriac.

  • she looks crazy. she sounds crazy. her list is crazy. probably is crazy.

  • i agree with you on all counts. good video. thanks, dear. i am grateful to live in a town where there are more 'health food stores' per capita than anywhere i've ever lived before and because there are so many health-conscious people here, there is a big turnover of nuts and seeds... that is my only exception to your list. bravo!

  • @ACIMessentials Where do you live?

  • @2prevail - eugene, oregon

  • I'm type 1 diabetic, and I was actually surprised when you said you got warm and sweaty from eating too much sugar! I have never heard anyone say that before other than my mom when I asked her about it, because every time my blood sugar is low, I eat high sugar stuff to get it up again, and EVERY time I feel like I have a fever or just been exercising, because I'm so hot and sticky... Lol.

  • great commentary!! thanks!!

  • you should put the audios of your videos into a podcast

  • You've missed the point: Bragg's liquid aminos is made from soybeans, which are detrimental to one's endocrine system and are GMO, and therefore should be avoided like the plague. What do you think of their apple cider vinegar?

  • @JBC814 no you dummy. big macs should be avoided like the plague. Dont forget where you once were in your diet. Braggs is ok. It's not plague like. Stop making it hard for people to adapt to this way of eating you numbskull

  • @Nick4174 There is growing evidence that unfermented soy products are harmful. Someone mentioned that Bragg's is not fermented though I thought all soy sauces were a product of fermentation. And I also am becoming more concerned about GMO's. Idk, it's all confusing when there are so many points of view.

  • Oh my god, being Raw is so hard :( I't's much more expensive as well :( shame that to eat healthy you have to have more money, I'm struggling with money on veganism already :/ Damn you world!!

Also I'm quite shocked about that Agave thing!

  • 27 people might have gum disease

  • i'm very surprised you chose to include kombucha on such a dramatic list. the caffeine and sugars in the green tea or black tea that's used is consumed by the culture during fermentation. any traces leftover afterwards is negligible. kombucha is not a rich or substantial beverage like Monster or Red Bull, nor is it consumed for it's calories or nutrition. it's simply a light, tasty beverage i enjoy. i don't believe in or even care about whatever health benefits it might have. i listen to my body

  • you can get raw agave syrup

  • it is very important to note that the fructose that is the problem is REFINED SUGARS!! these health problems are cause by refined products..fruit is not refined people! you do not get diabetes, overweight, blood sugar issues from fruit! BALANCE is the key word here, of course if you refine out and concentrate sugar of any type and put it in something it does belong in it's not gona be good!! eat fruit and eat all you want!

  • @benjorgensen1 A lot of people would disagree with your statement that because fruit is not refined, that it is ok to eat all you want. Some people believe fruit is only ok in limited amounts, and some that fruit should be mostly avoided. Fruit is very high in fructose and seems to have a heavy impact on insulin levels. It's frustrating when we aren't sure of the facts. Hopefully this will all be crystal clear in the near future.

  • @2prevail well the way i see it is sugar itself is not the cause of the inability to process and use that sugar efficiently. something else is causing the insuline resistance. as of this point i understand that fat is what clogs people cells and makes it hard for the insulin to escort the sugars into the cells. now, i dont know anything about type 1 other than what it is. i also know that there are a lot people right now doing very well eating tons of fruit! thoughts on that?

  • I totally agree with all of that. You are awesome! Still, how do you eat sweet potatoes without cooking them though? There are many winter foods that are awesome! If you eliminate them you're missing out right?

  • Fuck that drink raw rice

  • Thank you 1000 times!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • This girl went back to eating meat. And eggs and milk. Because of health reasons. Which I think is great. She looks a lot healthier now.

  • I'm raw but not vegan, but I agree with most of your statements here... I bought Bragg's and returned the next day after reading that it has MSG in it (the label says "No MSG added" which is really deceptive!).

  • Smart variety is healthier than strict vegan, strict vegatarian, or strict anything. Be open minded, happy, AND nutritionally sound. (i.e. science of nutrition, read books that are backed up by good honest and educated scientific people).

  • @verygdshitski Scientifically educated people also state that a vegan diet is more than healthy enough to live w/ the right supplements, raw vegan, possible but they can't be 100% raw because they will need supplements. What century are you living in?

  • No fish, fish oil? Please give your body the raw materials it's designed to use. If you dont (morally) want to hurt fish, you surely dont morally dont want to hurt yourself by avoiding fish. Also, there is very little sugar in komb.

  • I have hypo thyroid, do you have natural remedies.

  • I use tamari and not shoyu sauce.

The way i look at my health is like this.

I don't live in a bubble of purity, the world is full of birth and decay.

I aim for 80% healthy foods, like Anne Wigmores energy soup.

But i have relaxed about being pure all the time, having something like a little bit of chocolate once a week , or if i am out and about and there is only shoyu and not tamari i use it, in moderation its just fine. Fear of the world causes stress, ultimately we are not the body :)

  • @tablatom Well said. These people saying this is bad for you and this is good for you live on monotonous diets and then become intolerant to or allergic of the very foodstuffs they advocate so they then say it's bad for you and add them to the list of 'banned' foods. If you eat a lot of anything it will become bad for you but it doesn't bad for other people in moderation.

  • hey hey! Have you thought about intellectus diet (search on google for intellectus424dietcom)? Ive heard some awesome things about it and my work buddy lost tons of weight with it.

  • what's your opinion on coconut aminos?

  • Is Blackstrap molasses ok?

  • You need to research your facts a little better. Especially if present your self as an expert.

  • @fb002a Do tell oh wise one.

  • I love your videos and agree with most of what you have to say here, but as a former bulk buyer at whole foods, I have to disagree with your statement about bulk foods. The key is to buy bulk from a high-traffic store. The more that sells, the fresher the product is. My bins we getting filled DAILY, if not, then every 3 days max. The smaller mom and pop stores with bulk sections are probably the most questionable. Ask to see their fill and cleaning logs if no packaged product is available.

  • I have felt ill after eating agave too. I added it to a smoothy once and I became kind of dizzy. I thought I was just a weirdo because I hear so many good things about it. Thanks for the info here. I don't feel like such a weirdo about it.

  • ahh wish i had watched this before i went out and brought some braggs liquid aminos !!!

  • you look kind of like shakira <3

  • @GabbyHoffarth Yeah Natasha is a very pretty person. She makes great videos too! :D

  • @GabbyHoffarth Ya...I was wondering too and ya...shakira!!! well I'm all for what she is saying!

  • @GabbyHoffarth shakira on crack, lol

  • fructose is found in fruits surely when you eat fruits you are fine.the syrup caused a reaction not becos of the fructose but becos there is no fiber which is found in whole fruits and there is rapid absorption causing sugar spikes and troughs.

  • What, precisely, is a "neuro toxin"?

  • @vburm exactly what the name means, a microscopic toxin or poisonous organism that will harm you

  • @WitchesForTheWin Still not a good enough explanation of the woolly term "Neuro toxin". How does this microscopic toxin/organism get past the blood-brain barrier? How does it affect the neural circuit? By what mechanism? You can't fling out a term that suggests that a toxic substance is affecting the neural circuit without explaining how.

  • @vburm well, im not that scientific :) sorry

  • @vburm It's something that harms your nervous system.

  • Sounds like good advice to me.

  • GT daves makes a kombucha without sugar

  • Braggs liquid aminos smells like dog food or something :( its so gross...

  • I read that raw veganism is considered an eating disorder..

    Isn't that stupid?

  • @nightlight12340 The Standard American Diet is an eating disorder.

  • @kincaid99 well said

  • Honey is labeled 'raw' and sometimes is anything but. Same with pasteurized nuts. The bottom line is how much of a purist you want to be. Today I ate some "raw" pecans that were most likely pasteurized. Maybe it's not the optimal situation, but it's a helluva lot better than eating Flamin' Hotz! And OMG, check it out: there is NATUALLY-OCCURRING sugar in medjool dates!!!!! Hide the kiddies. Ridiculous.

  • Saying that Bragg's is bad because it has MSG is like saying that oranges are bad because they have sugar. Of course, when you dig down deep it's naturally-occurring and in synergy with other elements like fiber and nutrients.

  • The Bragg's comment blows my mind. I thought I was eating healthy! Will look into it.

    THANKS 4 SHARING!!

  • I'm going to have maggot nightmares :-)....@ least I have been vegan and about 40% raw. I started my road to redemption with the Master Cleanse (Palate Boot camp)

  • Wow, 2/5 on the do not eat list. Bragg liquid amino, & bulk bin nuts & seeds. I live in ATL, and Ironically I purchased bb nuts & seeds for the 1st time, 2day @ Sevananda . I've purchased bulk bin by proxy seeds @ DeKalb Farmer's market. They are hand packaged onsite, but obviously they were probably hand packaged from a bulk bin. I'm trying to slowly segway to at least a 75% raw food diet. I'm only 2 months removed from a 5x per week fast food diet. Therefore, I'm definitely a nutrition newbie.

  • Great food for thought. I'm on the same page with you, except for bulk bins. The store where I purchase my bulk goods has a massive turnover. Maybe the stuff in bins in some stores have been sitting around longer, but I don't think this necessarily applies across the board.

  • SO is eating rice raw??? just wondering.

  • i honestly think a lot of the rage around Kombucha is a low level addiction to the caffeine in Kombucha. i used to drink about a bottle a DAY, sometimes more. and so did most of the people i knew in southern Oregon hahah. when i quit drinking it then tried it again after many months i got super WIRED and the caffeine effect was apparent (i don't drink any caffeine, so i could tell). healthy suggested doses of Kombucha according to a book on it my friend read, suggested 2 oz a day.

    TWO OUNCES. :)

  • I agree with most of this video, but from what I can understand when it comes to kombucha, the sugar you add is eaten by the bacteria during the fermentation process, so when you drink it no sugar is left.

As for kombucha being a health food, it could definitely be considered a health food, considering it's fermented and fermented foods are thought by many to have health benefits.

Kombucha has many of the same benefits as other fermented foods.

  • @GeorgiaRose86

kombucha leaves a LOT of sugar. white sugar. i started suspecting this a while back but it's hard to find info on. but remember that kombucha in the store is now even higher in sugar because there's been push back to guarantee the alcohol levels are lower. Lower than they used to be.... meaning the sugar has not been eaten.

there might be ways to make Kombucha that all the sugar is gone but it will be at a different fermentation stage and it's health benifit will differ.

  • She is awesome ,a woman with a GOD,GOOD heart, and she's helping people with those nutrition educative videos and advices, how come someone have the COJONES to insult her?

Man!! You are not going anywhere with this type of arrogance and behaviour..

Say sorry to the lady MF;LOL

  • awesome

  • Have you considered seeing a physician with all the issues you have with your diet? You seem sensitive to too many things in your life. Maybe consider stop improving yourself and start living!

  • @carnrick She was probably put on alot of antibiotics as a child or something similar.... and that is why she is so sensitive to foods and toxins. And she is living.... living healthy... Maybe you should go onto a youtube video about Mcdonalds and tell them to stop eating things that are making them extremly sick... because that will probably do more good than your comment on here. XD

  • This person is an idiot. She doesn't understand diet or chemicals all that well.

  • Fairplay to you for getting up and speaking to the world but your understanding is quite limited and what you are saying is not entirely accurate.

  • The enemal and dentine beneath (it shows through) of teeth is not naturally bright white. They're bleached one way or another. No criticism of her using whatever it was but it's certainly no evidence of health or lack thereof.

  • I think people should only take nutritional advice from people they would want to look like. If you want huge circles under your eyes, discolored skin tone and brittle hair, then take this ladies advice.

  • Give up all fermented foods including tamari. Fermentation is a process, therefore a fermented food is NOT raw since by definition a raw food is an unprocessed food. Oh God I'm juicing so much sweet oranges these days and I'm loving it. Organic blood oranges have arrived in Montreal this week and they are amazing! Talk to me about the only healthy sugar, and the most delicious - sweet fruits! :)

  • @TheSuperAstro Fermentation does not involve heat and therefore is not the same as cooking. It is more raw than dehydration.

  • Do you consume stevia as part of your diet?

  • Whoa whoa, I thought fructose was in bananas and stuff too? Because that is part of your fridge isn't it? I would appreciate an answer on this one! lol

  • @thespecter2

The difference between the fructose in fruits and the fructose in processed sugar syrups like high fructose corn syrup an agave nectar is that fruit has minerals, antioxidants, fiber, vitamins and other nutritional qualities, where as HFCS and agave nectar are so processed that all the nutritional benefits of a whole food have been completely stripped away.

When you eat fruits you are not just eating fructose, you are eating a whole food packed with many vitamins and minerals.

  • msg is only a neurotoxin in large amounts and stands for monosodium glutamate. GLUTAMATE: the major excitatory neurotransmitter in the central nervous system. Without glutamate you would not have a functioning nervous system.... it is only toxic at toxic levels much like every naturally occuring substance on the planet. I would advise people to try to take everything said about what is good and bad for you with a grain of organic himalayan salt.

  • The "msg" in braggs caused by the break down of the essential amino acids l-ornithine and l-arganine. This process also happen naturally within the body. The glutamic acid which people are calling "msg" in the bragg aminos can also be found in most plant proteins, folic acid, meat, fish, dairy, wheat, and most protein sources plant or otherwise. So, how does that make sense? I personally don't eat brag because it is a non-fermented soy source which can lead to thyroid problems.

  • You do realize that fructose is also in all of the high fructose sugary fruits you eat, don't you? I don't eat fruit except berries and lemons/limes for that very reason. In fact consuming too much high sugar fruits is the #1 reason why raw vegans gain weight.

  • Awesome video - thanks for the info!!!!

  • Great job on the video ! You seem so energetic and positive . You remind me of Sheryl Crow when she was younger . I will give this a try but I will have to slide into it gradually . And giving up coffee is going to be tough , I'm a gourmet coffee aholic.

  • My sister talked me into using Bragg liquid aminos. I've been under the impression it was better than sea salt.

  • my tamari has wheat in it.....ur right be careful.

  • I am vegan, trying to go raw, and I avoid OLIVE OIL like the plague! Everyone thinks it's sooo healthy, but it's poison. It's no healthier than corn oil or even butter! I strongly advise people to research this.

  • @ababsurdo1567 Everything is toxic in large amounts and OK in small amounts unless you have an allergy to it or find it addictive. I'm sick of raw fooders saying this is good for you and have lots of it and then months later it is to be avoided.

  • Thank you for making this video its very hepful!

  • I will not buy bulk seeds, nuts, rice, grains ect... I worked at at a rather large natural foods store and the bulk dept had a problem with bugs and moths. I got to feeling bad when I tried agave too plus I did not care for the taste. I like honey but I am a vegetarian not a vegan. I like yogurt and honey to much to give it up.

  • Agave, nama shoyu, Bragg's Liquid Aminos, kombucha, & bulk nuts/seeds. I'll steer clear after watching this, especially the last thing. Anyone know best sources for raw organic nuts & seeds?

  • Hmmmm they cant put raw on it if it is not raw bcuz it is false info about the food but eh if mcdonldes can say 100% beef when most of it is tofo let them

  • Thanks, I love to hear people's opinions and experiences. Much appreciated!

  • @VerveRuins u serious? cuz i m just looking on you-tube takeing random vids and trolling how ever i can

  • ty this is grt video

  • I really appreciate your opinion. I don't eat chocolate either. I was always wary of braggs aminos and the others you are speaking of.

  • body if you have like a tsp of sugar but why then can you have like two pineapples?

    =)thanks for your answers

(sry for my english, i'm not a native speaker)

  • i don't get the thing with fructose...isn't this the kind of sugar in fruit?where exactly is the difference?when i tell people that sugar is bad for them...they always ask me what the diference between sugar and sugar in fruit is..cause they are both simple sugars...(i know white sugar is processed and so on...but i mean if you look at the two sugars in detail..where is the difference?and why does it harm the

  • @37mamak i think the sugar in fruit is glucose or how ever u spell it

  • Shes sensitive to "Sugar" "Wheat" "Salt" "Fat" "Meat" "Feelings" ... She almost sounds dumbed up by all this raw food...... Go watch "EpicMealTime" and eat some fuckin bacon! Cheers!!!

  • @shillakillabillla I think people become more sensitive the less they eat of it.

  • You're seriously my idol!!!!

  • Doesn't all tamari and any soy sauce have MSG in it, although some produced naturally?

  • @daemona71 do not buy it at the regular grocery store got to a co-op or some other health food store.

  • You are hilarious; laughing with you - of course. Your 5 make sense :-)

    Comhfhios

  • I am just considering a raw lifestyle, but I will say you are very intelligent with smart advice. Thank you,

  • this is a lot of great information! I am a regular vegan, but I'd like start eating a 70% raw diet and try to move away from a lot a processed and junk foods!

  • Sometimes we're so far into resistance we hurt ourselves just by worrying and stressing over these things. I use COMMON SENSE and MODERATION. Once in a while I use Kombucha, Braggs and Agave. I have done so since 2002. NO worries for me. I'm assuming YOU did the research and found this knowledge helpful for yourself. Our bodies are all different so let's not state anything as fact..simply opinion

  • You're a wealth of information. Wow, you rock, sexy lady

  • You are so cute, i bet you would have been a gorgous little girl. Keep up the great work. I tune in sometimes just to see your bright and smiley face.

  • Naturally occurring msg is not bad for you, unfortunately it's been portrayed to be.

  • Gawdemmitt lady. Im ballin on a budget. How da fuck can I eat raw vegan, with minimal financial damage, and max health benefits to myself and the Universe. I love all things but am broke as a slave donkey. What do I do?!

  • @lunarmansiondrummer Damn good point !!!!!

  • I'm sorry, but the story about moths in the nuts and seeds was too funny!

  • You have a serious eating disorder. I can especially see it in your crazy eyes.

  • @tttmmmccc she's a 100% raw vegan. it's not a disorder, it's a diet. she's got clear skin, white teeth and is giving people better knowledge than most, and you're criticizing her?

  • @Musicbubb only her front two are white :P

  • @Musicbubb Not anymore. Check some recent videos.

  • @Musicbubb : Not anymore...LOL

  • @Musicbubb tbf those front teeth are clearly a different colour to the rest of her teeth which suggests that she's had facades put on.

  • I tried nuts and seeds in bags and they were rancid

  • You are awesome. :)

  • Oh my gosh I got those moths too but not from the bulk bins at the health food store. They must be the same thing. I tried figuring out what they were and how to get rid of them. I bought a bag of unbleached flour from the clearance rack at my regular grocery store and next thing I know they'd ruined all my dry food in my cabinets and I still have problems with them. They've gotten into my clothes (though they don't eat the clothes) and papers. It's frustrating. How'd you get rid of them?

  • oh my god you are insane. i just thought i would let you know
