@MrBones103 Cheers. My grandparents are now getting on a bit, and thankfully with a change of job position recently I will be able to visit them a bit more often and the plan is to get some better quality videos in the new year.

@lycheesack It's probably from just all the oil I'd assume, though I will check with her in the coming week since we're having Christmas lunch with them.  Food is off the hook.

Timing of how long it takes to cook certain foods optimally. She separates and then assembles.

You cannot overestimate enough that ingredient in truely skilled cooking.
