  • statues and acts passed by a dishonourable government are only contracts that do need our consent and they fool use in thinking that it is law ...as they are fully aware every contract needs consent and also most have an out otherwise it can not be a contract ...... and fact is common law is above any contract law ...but they stopped teaching us this back in 1967 and we all have become to lazy to look for ourselves allowing these crims to steel everyday and we just comply and watch eastenders :(

  • If the taxes which are collect today where used correctly we would have great healthcare , education, housing roads and free power for all ...but greed is the master and taking and lies is the game .... so sadly we all most change and understand that with rights come hardwork for things do not happen by themselves and all of us most play our part and respect and honour ourselves and each other ..which means leading by example and also holding people in power accountable ... nomore sitting back

  • caretakers have become takers and our greed and egos have allowed this to happen ....honour has been miss used and we no longer respect ourselves let alone each other ... but as W blackstone referres to unalienable rights they still stand today for all of us ...we need to remove the greed and ego from the unfair system of government ..ie art 61 of the magna carta and replace it with a system of accountable honour and respect for all .. also remove usery (greed) from the banking system

  • common law is case law and maxins ...............Independence , being influenced by William Blackstone 's common law model , the founding fathers referred to certain unalienable rights ... but as we see today government has miss used it's rights and takes from the people is pretents to protect

road tax which is not spent on roads and if we look back council tax replaced POLL TAX which was stopped by force ........

The people have become lazy so the caretakers have become takers

  • jwlionheart you have made some good comments ..... honour does not allow us to miss use our right and show no respect for others .... the rights ref not paying tax goes back to the 1215 magna carta ,The Great Charter of the Liberties of England, and of the Liberties of the Forest, against greedy king john,,,, then once again with the Bill of Rights 1689 ref willaim of orange .... and even today with in human rights ...tax was there for those who just bourght and sold .. read all above

  • Final comment: Lawful does not mean Legal. Legal does not mean Lawful. Anyone who doesn't understand this can be enslaved in an instant by those who write legislation empowered to form a government by general election. Like the National Socialist Government of 30's Germany. This stuff is important!

  • Hows this for a plan. Collect all Taxes locally. Spend all taxes locally. Nail local politicians down. And turn national government into a charitable institution which gets what we decide we can spare. No rats where there is no profit for them! If they are really so "valuable", let them prove it in the private sector and have society run by people who actually care: actual Caretakers!

  • yes ....it is against are rights ..

  • MP's Expenses are just the tip of the ice berg! The local councillors and officers also have similar, 'so called' expenses allowances. Allowing outside catering contractors to lay on expensive meals on a regular basis and top of the fleet leased cars to come from public funds. Add to this the expensive hotel accommodation and the TOTAL unaccountability of spending, (you try asking what the money has been spent on) and it's no wonder we are all paying these fraudulent amounts of tax.

  • tax is UNLAWFULL, the government knows this and they enforce it against our rights ( human and common law ) ... where did you consent to this contract, staute and acts need the consent of the governed ..THAT'S YOU AND ME... we all can see the fraud but we forget the major crimes that this governnment have committed .........Treason and mass murder.... all done in our names and with our money ..... you have the right to say NO.

freedom is the grandchildren we are the caretakers

  • @malvernmark What are you talking about ? Tax is unlawful ? How have you come to this conclusion ? I don`t want to hear about how unfair you think it is, or how much you loathe the use to which tax money is put. I`m sure we can agree on points such as these. If you know that tax is unlawful, then please enlighten the rest of us.

  • @valarmanwe He's told you. Human rights. Common Law. Consent. Vs Strict liability statute enforcement with no accountability or redress. And don't tell me we can change it with voting: every party has a vested interest in perpetuating the gold plated status quo. It's THEIR privilege at the expense of our rights... what happened to SERVICE?

  • @JWlionheart7 Well I just don`t get it. Where in Common Law does it say that tax is unlawful ? I thought Strict Liability would only further Govts. case for lawful collection of tax - ie we must pay tax irrespective of whether we receive anything in return. But Hell, I`m not a lawyer, so I don`t know.

I`m not being funny ( stupid, maybe ), but if anyone can explain to me how I can avoid paying tax, I`d be most pleased to hear how.

  • @valarmanwe It's common law contract law that contracts require consent to be binding. Otherwise its called extortion. Feudal lords who pushed it found out what the wrong end of a pitchfork was. However the legal system is now so firmly entrenched that standing on your rights is no easy matter. The question then is: how much do your rights matter to you? If you want an easy life cough up. And thats the point.

  • Candidly speaking the issue is remaining in honour in a lawful sense. That means its not you who has broken the contract. Contracts aren't broken if they are under negotiation. So a practical approach is not to pay nothing and ignore them, but to make offer and pay it, and then have them drag you into court whilst you are in honour and make them prove it is lawful for them to refuse your offer. This has been known to work...

  • Depending on how *ahem straight up the court in question is. But a more likely outcome is your counter offer is accepted and you get discreetly rebanded, IF you can show a full understanding of honour in law. If you don't you'll get eaten. Councils don't want to take cases to court that could create precedent. Mugging pensioners is easier. However, if you simply want to save a few quid, your better off making budget savings elsewhere.

  • @JWlionheart7 I`m tempted to push it. But tax law, as far as I am aware, is not the same as ordinary Law of Contract, where there is explicit mutual Agreement, Consideration and exchange of services, and the like. Can you imagine having your day in Court where the Court rules in your favour ? "This is BBC News at Six," etc !

The country would grind to a halt. And that is, partly, why you would lose. But you seem to be the one in the know here. So try it, and I`ll watch the news. Good luck.

  • I agree it is not fair, but we live in an unfair society. They say they want democracy in middle east but we dont have a say in our own country. What sort of demovracy we have here?
