No track on my CD is about 'poor black ppl' including this one - you have to read or listen to the whole track/poem to understand. This poem is not about slavery either. It goes beyond slavery - so I won't even get into the difference between being Kidnapped and Detained for Forced Uncompensated Labor vs Willfully Seeking then Accepting Compensated Employment.

1) My poem clearly states "by the hands of their own people some were sold into slavery" 2) It's laughable that you call significant inventions "not very much". The actual list of inventions by people of African descent run pages in length. 3) This country was founded and established by Treason (against the British Crown), Genocide (Native American Indians), and Slave Labor... some of us here are still playin' catch-up...
