Elk at least to me is the best in wild game, but it is all in what you do after you shoot an animal. We go extra steps to take care of the meat and will try to put up a video sometime after this years hunt to show what we do.

Elk, deer, antelope, wild hogs, moose, and anything can taste great. We just last weekend cooked "chicken fried" antelope for a 60 or so people from all over the country. They were only told what it was AFTER they tried it. No one complained and most did not believe it
