  • Thank you so much I just started my hcg phase 1 today and wanted to see how to make meals that were okay for this phase so thank you so much. Oh phase 1 it says no oil at all so that means the Pam spray as well, right. I want to cook with the Pam but if I cant I wont :) Thank you so much again and God Bless:)

  • @mekaziona Hey! Pam Spray is zero calorie, zero fat. Many of my friends on HCG have used it with no problems. If you want more recipes subscribe to my new channel--HCGDietChef. From there you will see the link to my HCG Diet Recipe blog. You will do great on this protocol!

  • I love this video!!! I need to start cooking in advance with this diet. Amazing!

  • @fdlhousewife Cooking in advance is a good idea. Especially for those of us who have to oook something different for the rest of our family! . If you want more recipes subscribe to my new channel--HCGDietChef. From there you will see the link to my HCG Diet Recipe blog. Cheers!

  • where did you buy those little disposable containers?

  • @MsThingstodo LOL! I'm only one person! I am working on a website to share my favorite HCG recipes, though. Keep checking back.

  • At the end, when you had all the prepared meals in the serving size containers.. how do you know a seving size for vegetables like asparagus, cabbage, a salad etc......?

  • @lilbabietrish The rule of thumb I use for vegetables is 1/2 to 1 cup. The calories are so low in these vegetables, a cup would be fine.

  • Thank you soooooo much! You made my day 3 weeks ago! we started diaet and I was afraid of all the "cooking work".

I simply followed your path and everything is well organized in fridge and kitchen, without time consuming cooking, we enjoy different meals every day.

    with greetings from Beijing

    Sabine

  • @SabineHartmann That's wonderful! So glad to hear it. Keep me posted on your progress.

  • Is it possible for you to email me the cooking list with instructions, like your special seasoning mix? That would be very helpful.

  • @my1smthop I'm getting ready to launch a blog where I share all my favorite HCG recipes, including my special seasonings. You'll be able to print a shopping list. From there.

  • did you freeze these ,meals or do they last in the refrigerator? Thanks!

  • @tlcangel64 Most of the meals can be frozen--all except fresh fruit.

  • Great stuff... come to Trinidad and prepare mine for me please :)

  • @twocanchew69 Send me a ticke!

  • Amazing. You are such a sweetheart to do that for her. What a great friend. I appreciate it too!! Thank You.

  • @debwoowoo Thank you!

  • I am going back on the diet and I just want to say thank you very much! the first time i did the diet i organized my foods the way you did and lost 20 lbs. now I'm going for another 40 and I will be organizing myself once again. This really helped me. Thanks!

  • @chinewmarie I'm so glad this is helping. Now if I can only do this for myself! I'm doing a round right now and I never have any food prepared! (The cobbler has no shoes)

  • You are real good! I wish I had a caring friend like you. Hope the best on her HGC journey. God bless you!

  • @eje247 My friend did lose the weight, but not on HCG. It worked for me, but It's not for everyone!

  • Wow, this video is great! You should start an HCG meals to go business!

  • I love this. wish I had you here to help me!.. I would pay for this!!..

  • Your AMAZING FRIEND! im not good cooking, and I start TODAY my Diet, so I will use this video, is really help full for me, thanks!

  • @Madonnabella07 im on day four how has your journey been so far?

  • @BLACKTRUTH4U My journey has been up and down. Please remember a lifetime change is necessary to keep the weight off. I lost 45 lbs as of March 2010. In the past year I have slowly let 25 lbs creep back on. I am on day 8 of a round right now, promising to take care of myself better this time.

  • Thanks for this video! I'm about to start this diet, and I'm going to do exactly the same. That will keep me focused.

  • okay so u keep it frozen until ready to eat.

  • wow! you are awesome. thanks for showing how simple it is to prepare a healthful menu in a little time!

  • Very interesting. Will these meals last 10 days in the refrigerator or does one freeze them?

  • @bookladynmn Everything except the fresh fruit is freezable. This is essential when you're making your food ahead of time. I would hesitate to eat anything that has been in the fridge over 5 days.

  • Thanks for showing this. Watching this video will make my Hcg journey easier.

  • Love the video. To help myself with my round, I will pre-prep some of my meals.

  • Herbs de Provence is a French seasoning, typically used for chicken, not an Italian seasoning.

  • Some of the items are questionable--for instance the mangoes are a very sweet and I believe, starchy fruit. Dr. Simeons seemed to emphasize that sugar and starch are your enemies on the HCG diet, especially on P3. However, I do think that it's great that you are helping prepare meals ahead of time. And since every person is different, if the diet is working for her, despite the cheats, more power to her.

  • what phase r these meals for

  • You are an awesome friend.. Any who you have given me GREAT ideas for when my husband and i start our HCG diet-- This really helps alot... Thanks so much..

  • What a kind friend you are! :)

  • Violetgrl, you are beautiful for sharing. Since I am not just doing the protocol, but changing the way I eat for the rest of my life, this is helpful. Just as with any bad habit, take it one urge at a time and remember: Nothing tastes as good as looking good in your jeans feels!

  • Thanks! But confused. No spam, only boil or grill or bake in water.

  • That's sooooo nice to do that for your friend.....I want a friend like you!!! lol Thanks for showing us how you fixed it all up!!!

  • This is not according to the original manuscript of Dr. Simeons...I love the creativity but if you want to get the weight off use the original menu to be your guide 8 items per day and one of each: protein, vegetable, fruit and carbohydrate.

  • You are an awesome friend!! None of my friends would ever do this for me lol!!!!! Starting my VLCD #1 tomorrow, your video gave me some great ideas. Thanks so much for sharing!

  • Thank you so much for this. I am on my very 1st day of the vlcd and needed some ideas for the upcomming weeks. You are AWESOME!

  • Not for true hcg diet! Cant use cooking sprays and cant mix veggies

  • you are truly awesome! thank you for taking your time to share with us.. I am now on my 7th day and really needed some help... thank you for making this a little easier.

  • I'm starting my vlcd #1 tomorrow and am so glad I found your video!! Thanks so much for making this. You are truely an awesome friend. :)

  • What an awesome friend!!

  • what kind of dressing or what do you use to eat salad fro phase 2.

  • cant mixed cabbage and onions its 2 veggies

  • @chitwnma Strict protocol says don't--I did with no problem. I think of onions, garlic and such as condiments anyway.

  • @violetgrl oh wow maybe ill try that because i have been sticking to protocol to a T but lots of ppl mix thngs up..thank u

  • How awesome are you??? Will you be my friend too? lol this is really awesome seriously I did my meal a few days in advance but if I know it will keep I will try this nest week I'm just afraid of old cabbage any suggestions and how do I cook fennel and do you have a good asparagus protocol recipes? Feel free to inbox me if so...

  • Thats a great idea!

  • WOW, WHat a great friend you are.....I do not know how to cook and I am on day 6 of the 500 calories, so I am watching your video to get some ideas. You are awesome!

  • Hey! your portions of 100g look huge compared with mine! thank you for the video anyway - this was great!

  • I would have paid you to cook for me.

  • Wish you would cook for me.

  • I can't say thanks enough everyone. One more thing, I hate cabbage (bad experience when I was younger, lol). Could I sub the cabbage for spinach?

  • amazing video, thanks so much for this! where can i buy for the plastic clear serving dishes from? they are brilliant. also, does this food stay good for the entire week?

  • @Brittany41586 Sam's Warehouse has them--unfortunately, they come in huge quantities. You can use the plastic rubbermaid containers from the grocery store too.

  • thank you friend

  • Thank you for showing me how to be more organized with this diet.....today was my first day and I have survived! I must say my lean grass fed beef looked a little lean compared to your bison burgers...I need to break out my new scale..also i noticed you have salads with tomato and cucumber, i thought you couldn't not mix two veggies? it looks good though. Is your friend still on this diet and what has her success been?

  • @chinewmarie You're welcome. You can DO THIS! I didn't have any problem mixing veggies--I think a lot of people do. Sadly, my friend was not successful on the diet, nor was my daughter (I made all her meals too). I think there's something to be said for having to "work" at the diet by making your own food. You've got to have some skin in the game. In other words, I can't want the weight loss for you more than you want it for yourself. Get my meaning?

  • @violetgrl I totally agree, I did prep all of my food as you did and though it was tough some days, mainly because I was just used to putting junk food in my mouth I didn't cheat even when making dinner for my family every night! drank lots and lots of water.

7 days ago I weighed 198 and today I can proudly say I am 187! This does work! I will prep some food tomorrow because I still have my protein available I will just need a few veggies! Thanks for your video it really did make things easier!

  • @chinewmarie You're doing great--you can do this! I started off at 198--202 with loading. At the end of my 2nd round I weighed 155. You can do ANYTHING for 21 days.

  • @violetgrl Amen.

  • Awesome video....very organized....Love it! Wish you were in Charlotte.... :-)

  • Wow

Your friend is very lucky to have you .

    Will you be my friend???

  • OMG!!! do you want to be my friend as well?? I'm at Austin, TX and also i'm doing the HCG diet and im running out of ideas to cook my food... Do you give like Cooking classes for HCG dieters..

  • @Regiachika Hey! Sorry I took so long to reply. I haven't had time to Youtube lately. No, I haven't done any classes for the HCG diet, but that's a great idea!

  • Where can you buy those containers?

  • wow that was great !!!!

  • To reheat the meals, microwave at 60% power for 1-2 minutes.

  • How long does she stick in the micro to re-heat the meat?...or does she have to eat the meat cold in a salad?

  • Hey! I'm in Austin, Texas. And yes, you can hire me if you live in the area.

  • seriously, can someone hire you? What city/state are you in?

  • omg. can I hire you?? LoL. Those meals look delicious. She is so lucky to have you as a friend cuz I know Im terrible at cooking. =D

  • MMMM Tonys Chacheres! Now you know you got it goin on! Thats the best seasoning ever! I think so anyways! If I had more freezer space I would do more meals at a time. I cant fit anything in there as it is.

  • THANK YOU FOR HELPING ME!!!!

  • just awesome. i will definitely start getting my items and reference your videos when i start in april. thanks so much for sharing.

  • I love this! I love to cook and have been coming up with HCG "safe" recipes and you have given me alot of ideas. My whole family is eating protocol, my husband is doing the diet with me and my kiddos are loving the healthy eating...adding a little more to their diets but this has changed my families attitude about food. Great recipes!!!

  • Hcg Diet or not.. this is amazing! What a fantastic friend! Wow!
