i was too young to get Beyond Good and Evil the first time, but ive seen it every now and then and thought it looked cool. Then the HD version came out and i bought it. Blown. Away. The Gameplay was fun and exciting, music was great, and the atmosphere of it... perfect. Hope the new one thats "coming out" captures that again.

i just feel like going on a bit of a rant here soooo look out. 1. The ppl that missed the like button should be shot with a BB gun multiple times, then finaly a real gun. 2. I hope they make BGE 2 on ordinary Xbox or PS2 cuz they are the only things I own :S. 3. They better bring out BGE 2 sooon or im gonna flip. Thatnks for the music btw, was really gooood :)

Oh, and 4, they should deffinately keep the same ppl that did the voices of Jade and Co in BGE 1!!!!!!!!!!! Thanks 4 reading XD x

@hanniey765 i know. not only did the vocies of jade, pey'j, double h, and the rest of the cast fit perfectly, they added great emotion that change the experiance of the game for me. but i am sorry to say that they are working with a low budget, and making it for older consles will cost more money than its worth. they are keeping a low budget and even lower staff so that they aren't scraped (again) by Ubi, who are really really making me mad.

@hanniey765 i love ALL of ubi's game, but i hate their polocys. and you might be able to check a pawn shop for a 360 or a ps3. its worth looking. or mabey even ebay. i got made fun of soo much for playing this game, my freinds think im wierd for busting it out everytime they visit, because im a dude. thats the problem i think with most people. they would rather play call of duty than this greater than greatest game!!

@hanniey765 i do too. call of dutys campaign was nice, but really not as good as beyond good and evil's. call of duty was all action for not much reason that made my spine tingle, but after i beat it it didint leave much of an impression on me. beyond good and evil gave some intense action at times, but really it was the story, music and charecters that made it my favorite. it just seems like the charecters are well though out, you know?

I was watchin an AMV called Bleach the other day, dunno if u'v seen it, and there was a girl called Orihime. Her best friends voice reminded me sooo much of Jade, lol. They even have the same badass attitude XD It was awesome :P x

Best musical score if you ask me. I mean, it's not as memorable as the themes to Legend of Zelda or Metal Gear Solid, but it's really soothing and dreamy. I once had Frame of Mind stuck in my head, during terms, and I've never felt so relaxed!

BG&E is one of the most underrated games of all time! I'd totally recommend downloading the game on Steam if only the PC version had gamepad support. Also, I remember the PS2 version was re-released as a greatest hits around the new year (playing this on PS3 is great). In any case, a classic!

It's also availible on Gamecube, with complete back compaitibility on Wii.

Unfortunately, the Xbox version doesn't work on 360 as of yet, but besides, there's still no excuse not to play this masterful game!

I have the 80GB PS3. I bought the MGS pack when it was released. I think this version uses software emulation instead of the hardware emulation that was used in the first PS3s. All of the PS2 games I have still work, and the one PS1 game I have (Chrono Cross) works too.

A game like this should never go to budget - the software company should buy them back - and then re-release it with a wider marketing campaign, like in the daily newspapers and monthly magazines. This game got a ton of coverage and great reviews. Let's put the blame where it should go - stupid stupid dumb gamers that just want games where you kill at least 5,000 different beings! Mate you are so right - but sometimes there wasn't enough Hype when they came out - I have many of all those milestones - to me the old games are like artifacts - with drawn graphics and dense-like-oil atmosphere. There was real magic... I have Beyond Good and Evil, Rayman1&2, Dungeon Keeper 2, System shock 2, Croc, Torin's Passage... And don't forget all the goodies for the Snes aswell - Yoshi's Island, Super Metroid, Demon's Crest... It's so sad what became with the games nowadays...
