  • really impressive that you can do that many, but you know your not going as hard as you possibly can because you get exact numbers like 80 100 and 110, you never get 107 or something, and you don't collapse at the end

    And Yes, this is the point i trhy to stress when I motivate others. It's def. a mental matter to keep going and every time I stop I'm disappointed.

    I'm quite certain that if a gun were to my head, I'd reach much higher, begin crying if I honestly expected being shot, and fall out at some outlandish, most likely prime number.

    But when you're motivated by the number this is what is achieved... Sure it's an accomplishment on some level, but not when potential is ignored.

  • The last 10 prove how tough a man you really are! Could you equal this at situps or leg raises non-stop?

  • Oh yeah. The first 50 are cake the next ten is like a cooling down the next thirty are slow in very exagerated and precise form and the last ten, if you're up for them are what count.

    -Not a Chance! Not a chance... my situps are slow hours for 100

  • one piece of advice would be to pum up the volume..on the music..so ur parents or neighbours don`t hear you scream like a sysy at those last ones. i know what you mean, i`m also silent when i do push`ups, but when i just want to do more, ore the last ones, i just yell the number out ( 48 49 50); i`m doing a 100 push`up grogram right now.

  • A few weeks ago i did 83 push ups in a minute, and today we had another push up test and I got 110 in a minute, real push ups, im aiming for 120 next time

  • yeah we should have another push up test in the next few weeks so ill record it and post it up. if you wanna get your push ups up, go to google and search for the MILLER PUSH UP ROUTINE, it will RAPE you, its gonna help a shit load if you do it right.

  • Yeah. Im hoping that by improving my reps and stamina my speed will go up on the lower numbers. but after the first 60 or so keeping a steady pace is hard. it is a bit sad that the last 10 take about a minute alone
