one piece of advice would be to pum up the volume..on the music..so ur parents or neighbours don`t hear you scream like a sysy at those last ones. i know what you mean, i`m also silent when i do push`ups, but when i just want to do more, ore the last ones, i just yell the number out ( 48 49 50); i`m doing a 100 push`up grogram right now.
A few weeks ago i did 83 push ups in a minute, and today we had another push up test and I got 110 in a minute, real push ups, im aiming for 120 next time
yeah we should have another push up test in the next few weeks so ill record it and post it up. if you wanna get your push ups up, go to google and search for the MILLER PUSH UP ROUTINE, it will RAPE you, its gonna help a shit load if you do it right.
Yeah. Im hoping that by improving my reps and stamina my speed will go up on the lower numbers. but after the first 60 or so keeping a steady pace is hard. it is a bit sad that the last 10 take about a minute alone
