you may get TB again if your cured depending on certain factors such as lung scaring, you are more susceptible if your immunocompromised. the drugs will only work if you stick to them and assuming there is no drug resistance. also the bacteria can enter a dormant state, the drugs are not very effective against them. basically if your a normal healthy person your not going to get it again (hopefully) its not that common in the west.
