Giving Capcom too much control over their film adaptations isn't great. Look at the Resident Evil and Street Fighter movies.

See the thing is, George A. Romero actually wrote a script for the first resident evil movie and got turned down by Capcom, because his script was about the first game and in the mansion and capcom wanted something completely different. So i hate Capcom for fucking up the movies :D

Romero made some of the best movies that I have ever seen. Resident Evil would have kicked ass!

@GameChallenges well they were also concerned because Romero likes to add little funny details into his zombie movies to set them apart eg: sunglasses on a zombie, giant bowties....I still agree that it would be awesome if the movies were more like the games, but at the same time if you had a movie that was exactly the same as the game but with funny details, I wouldn't really want to see it. but to each their own...
